I woke up and saw her beautiful face in front of me. A smile found its way on my face. She snored lightly and I lowly chuckled.

I was lucky to have her here. I breathed in her scent. 'Vanilla and cherries' I thought to myself.

It made me smile down ay her. Her eyes fluttered open and looked into mine. My smile got even bigger, if that was possible.

Her eyes became teary as she shrunk away from me. She brought her knees up to her chest and slowly rocked, crying. "What's wrong, love?" I asked her reaching out to touch her shoulder. She moved away from my touch. I frowned.

"When are you going to let me go?" she choked out. I shook my head. "Why don't you understand? I can't ever let you go. I love you." I said as tears stung my eyes.

I sighed and blinked them back. I placed her on my lap even as she tried to squirm out of my hold. I held on to her tightly.

"Don't say things like that, you're gonna love me as much as I love you. You'll see." I smiled at her sadly.

"Just let me go! I swear I won't tell anyone about you! Just please... I wanna go home."

"Stop saying that! You live here now, this is your new home!" I yelled, and she quivered away from me.

"Ella, baby." I cooed into her hair, straightening her position on my lap, "Why can't you just let your old life go? You weren't happy there, I can make you happy here, with me. You'll never have to worry about anything ever again." I whispered, kissing her hair.

"Harry" she turned to me quietly. "What you feel for me isn't love. It's infatuation. I'm sorry but I could never love you back." I felt myself go rigid.

The next words that came out my mouth weren't my own. No, they were his, the one person I never wanted Ella to meet.

"Should have just told the bloke you loved him..."
