Bella's P.O.V
"Hey Miley" I said
"Hey bells" she said
"Hi aunt Miley" Leah said
"Hey Leah and who's this" she said
"Oh this is Louis my friend" I said
"Well nice to meet you Louis" she said
"You too" he said
"Miley so how's everything at home" I said
"Everything been good everyone misses you" she said
"I miss them a lot" I said
"Bella I need to tell you something but promise me that you won't freak out" she said
"Sure" I said
"Um Jake was released from jail yesterday" she said
"WHAT!!! YO'RE KIDDING!!!!!" I said
"Bella I wish I was" she said
"But he just can't be released just like that!" I said
"Bella calm down! someone bailed him out" she said
"That is just peachy" I said
"Bella the only thing you have to do is to go to court and end up the full custody of Leah" she said
"Miley I am so scared, what if I lose Leah for good?" I said
"Bella think positive" she said
"When is court?" I asked
"I think while you are on tour" she said
"Okay, text me the day tell everyone I say hi, bye" I said
"Okay will do, tell the girls hi, bye guys" she said
"bye" we said and the call ended
I put my laptop on the desk and tell Leah to go watch t,v with aunt Aria. When she left I turned to Louis.
"Lou what am I going to do?" I asked
"Go to court and see what happens" he said
"I am just afraid of them taking her away from me" I said
"Bella, that won't happen I am sure of it" he said
"Lou can we go some where?" I asked
"Where?" he said
"I don't care lets go some place I can get my mind off things" I said he nodded and walked off to get changed. I got dressed(http://www.polyvore.com/untitled_164/set?id=98651006)
and walked downstairs to see Aria and Leah on the couch watching the spongebob movie.
"Aria can you take care of Leah for a bit?" I asked her "yeah" she said then Louis came down wearing(http://www.polyvore.com/untitled_165/set?id=98651455). He got his key and phone and we walk out of the house. We got in the car he said.
"Where should we got?" he asked
"how about the park?" I asked
For the rest of the ride to the park we talked about random things. When we got to the park we got off the car for the rest of the time we acted like we were a five years old. We were on the swings having fun it was the best I have felt in a long time.
"Bella?" he said getting off the swings walking to me.
"Yes Lou?' I said
"Does this count as our date?" he asked
"um I don't know Lou" I said
"Well if it is then can I tell you something?'' he asked I nodded
"Um well I like you a lot and um..." he said as I cut him off with a kiss
"Lou I like you a lot too" we kissed again
"Then will you be my girlfriend?" he asked I smiled
"Of course Lou!!!" I said when we got back to the house it was about 6:00pm. I went upstairs entering my room to find Aria and Harry kissing on my bed.
