Just Your Average Girl

"Wake up!! Alright love birds! Time to stop cuddling and get up!" Louis yelled as he entered my living room. Niall and I fell asleep on the love sack while watching movies last night.

"Louis, I swear if you don't shut up, I am going to smack you." I warned him. If someone wakes me up and I don't want to be woken up, I am not a happy camper..

"Guys, get up and pack we have an idea." Liam told us. Niall and I looked at each other confused.

"Pack? For what?" Niall asked them.

"We decided that we are going to take a road trip to Vegas! How fun would that be!?" Harry told us

"I can't just take off. I start work again tomorrow, I only got time off for the weeks you guys were coming up." I said disappointed. A road trip with the boys to Vegas would be so much fun, but I just can't do it.

"Don't worry about work. We went in and talked to your boss. She is such a fan of us, did you know that? With some pictures, a few autographs, and a promise to come back and preform a few songs at a party she is having, got you the next 2 weeks off." Zayn explained to me.

"Are you serious? You guys did that?" I asked surprised that they would go and do that for me.

"Yeah, a road trip wouldn't be the same without you. We also asked Ann and Olivia if they wanted to come with us, they said they can't right now but are going to meet us there in a few days. Are you guys in?" Harry said.

"I think that sounds like a blast!" Niall said agreeing to come.
"Well how could I say no after you got off work for me?" I said happily getting really excited to go and have fun with the boys in Vegas.

"Good. Well we already got management to get us a car to take, it is outside. We just need you guys to pack then we are going to head out on the road!" Liam told us.

"Okay, well most of my stuff is still packed at the hotel, I will take my car and pick it up and take the car back. Do you guys want to follow me so I have a way back? Then while we are gone Maddy can pack and we can pick her up when we are all done." Niall suggested the plan.

"Works for me." I said.

"I am going to stay here and help Maddy pack. If I am going to be stuck in a car for 8 hours, I don't want to sit in the car for any longer." Harry said

"Sounds good to me, it'll help me pack faster." I said agreeing to Harry's suggestion.

"Okay, well it shouldn't take us more than an hour. I will call you when we are heading back to get you." Niall said standing up and giving me a quick kiss as he and the other boys headed for the door.

"Okay, I'll see you guys soon. Be safe and don't get bombarded by fans!" I shouted after them.
"We'll try, but you know the ladies can't resist this face!" Louis called back and I just laughed. The door made a sound as it shut and soon after I heard the cars start and they headed to the hotel.

"Well I guess I should go pack." I said walking down to my room Harry following close behind.

"Ok so how long are we going to be gone for exactly?" I asked so I would know how much clothes I need to pack.

"Well today is Monday and we are coming back next Saturday, so… 12 days." He explained to me.

"Alright, would you mind grabbing my suitcase? It's behind the TV in the other room." Harry nodded and headed out to grab it for me.

"This one?" He asked when he returned.

"Yes, thank you." I said grabbing it from him and placing it on my bed. I quickly headed over to my dressers and picking out the pants that I wanted. Once I had all the pants and shorts that I needed, I headed over to my closet and started going through my shirts.

"Need me to help with anything?" Harry asked feeling useless.

"Would you mind putting everything I throw over in the suitcase?" I asked.

"Of course. So listen, I didn't want to stay only because I was sick of the car, I wanted to talk." He started while folding my close and carefully setting them in my bag. "I know we already talked about this, but I still feel like I need to say this. I am sorry about kissing you the other day, it wasn't right of me. I do still care for you, I still really like you, but you are with Niall now, and I know that. I just want you to know how I feel, even though you are with Niall and are very happy with him. I am not expecting anything, I just want you to know that I really like you and I am sorry for taking advantage of your situation and kissing you. Is there anyway we can still be friends?"

"Harry, we never stopped being friends. You're right, I am with Niall now, and I am really happy.
I love you Harry, but it is as my best friend. I am sorry I can't give you more than that. I just hope you understand that."

"I completely understand that. I just wanted to be honest with you and tell you how I feel instead of hiding my feelings. I just don't want to lose you as a friend." I quickly came over and hugged Harry.

"it's going to take a lot more than that to get rid of me." I said to him. We quickly continued to pack and everything seemed to be back to normal. Harry wasn't acting weird anymore, I had Harry back.

"Knock knock! You ready yet?" I heard Zayn yell 15 minutes later from the door.

"Just finished!" I yelled back as we walked out of my room with all my stuff in hand.

"Alright, well the boys are out in the car waiting. Here, let me help you." Zayn said as we reached the front door. He grabbed my bag from me.
"Thanks." I smiled at him and we walked outside. The boys were waiting in the SUV that they got for us to drive down.

"So Liam is driving first, I have shotgun, Harry and Louis are sitting in the front back seats, and Maddy, you and Niall are in the very back. We will switch in a few hours." Zayn explained to us as we walked to the car. We quickly put my stuff in the trunk. I climbed in before Harry and went and sat in the back next to Niall.

"You ready babe?" He asked as I sat down putting on my seatbelt.

"I am." I smiled at him as he leaned over and kissed me.

"Alright, here we go!" Liam said backing out of my driveway. Niall grabbed my hand and squeezed it. I looked up at him and smiled. I then laid my head on his shoulder. He tilted his head so it was resting on mine.

"Would you just look at them? They're so cute it makes me sick.." Louis said jokingly to the other boys pointing back at us.

"They are like the cutest couple ever. It grosses me out." Harry said

"They are so perfect for each other, it's disgusting." Liam said

"Roll down the window, I think I might be sick" Zayn said continuing with the teasing. I just rolled my eyes and laughed.

"Oh Mads, forgot to mention, but the girls are meeting us there, so you will get to meet them." Liam said to me.

"You mean I finally get to meet Sophia, Eleanor, and Perrie!?" I said excitedly. They talked about them a lot, and I haven't had the chance to meet them yet.

"Yup, I think you will all get along just great." Zayn said to me.

"I hope so." I replied.

"Don't worry, you will. They are really excited to meet you." Louis said turning back to me.

"Really? They're excited to meet me?" I asked surprised.

"Yeah, why wouldn't they be?" Harry asked me confused as to why that surprised me so much.

"I just didn't think they would be excited to meet me. I'm nobody, remember?" I explained.

"You're not nobody! You're my girlfriend, remember?" Niall said to me holding up our intertwined hands, I just laughed. "Besides, they are excited to have another girl in their group. Sometimes it gets hard for them when we are gone on tour and they are there for each other. They talk, hang out, help out each other, and they are really excited for you to join."

"Well I'm excited to be a part of it." I said smiling at him. I laid my head back on Niall's shoulder trying to sleep for the next few hours. I can't wait to spend the next while in Vegas with my amazing boyfriend and best friends. We are going to go crazy and have so much fun! After all, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, right?

Only one more chapter then I will post the sequel!! :D I will tell you guys when I post the sequel, I promise! Haha SO I am officially moved! I am now away from home in a whole other state!! CRAZY! It's so crazy to think that I am old enough to move out, weird. Haha Anyway what do you guys think?? I'm dying to know! :) You are awesome, as always! :)
