Just Your Average Girl

I woke up the next morning, feeling still not gone. Last I remembered is crying then I must have fell asleep. Olivia and Ann woke up a few minutes later.

"Hey, how are you doing?" Ann asked me.

"Numb" I told them and they had very sympathetic looks on their faces.

"Well what do you want to do today?" Olivia asked me, I know they wanted to go to Disneyland, and I think that might make me happy, get my mind off everything.

"Well, let's go to Disneyland?"

"Sounds good, if that's what you want to do?" Ann asked.

"Yeah, I think it would take my mind off things."

"Alright, well let's get ready and go." Olivia said and we got up and I slowly got ready. About 20 minutes later we were all ready to go.

"Should we head out?" Ann asked.

"Yeah, you guys go ahead, I need to do something?" I told them.

"No, you can't call Niall. Not yet!" Olivia sternly said.

"No, I'm not calling Niall. I, I want to call someone else" I said

"Alright. Just call us when you get there." Ann said and they headed out the door. I quickly pulled out my phone and dialed the number I needed.

"Hi Mom." it didn't take long for the tears to start to form. "Mom, I need you." I started bawling like a baby.

"What happened!?" She asked panicking a little bit.

"It's Niall." I couldn't say any more.

"Sweetheart what happened? Last thing you told me was everything was going extremely well." I had kept her updated with everything. I called her just about every night, and the last night I called her was the night I stayed over with Niall.

"Not after last night. The girls and I decided that last night we should go out to a club and just have fun. We got there and went to the back to sit down in the back. When we walked back we saw Niall with Sammi. Then, then he kissed her." I said the tears falling down my face like a waterfall.

"Oh sweetie, I am so sorry. I can't believe he did that to you."

"The worst part of it all is that he apparently called Ann and Olivia the day before and asked them to help plan a way for him to ask me to be his girlfriend. Didn't he care about me?" I explained between sobs.

"I'm not sure, I am just so sorry that that happened to you. I wished that you wouldn't have to be going through that."

"Mom, how do I make it stop hurting?"

"Well, in my opinion I think you should talk to him, but don't tell him you know. See if he tells you."

"Mom doesn't that seem a little… manipulative?"

"Just try, then you will know if he really cares about you or not."

"You're right, I should talk to him about it. I just, don't know what to think. I thought things were going so well. He was the first almost boyfriend, I guess you could call it that, I have ever had."

"I know, but just trust me. Mother knows best." She sang that line from Tangled and I just laughed a little.

"That made you smile didn't it?" She knew that was my favorite movie.

"Yeah, it did. Thanks."

"Alright, well I love you. Now go out and have fun with the girls and forget about everything."

"Alright I will. I love you, too."

"Okay now go have fun."

"Okay bye."

"Bye" We hung up the phone and I went to the bathroom and fixed my makeup. I decided that I am not going to let Niall get into my head and take away from my vacation.
