Traces of Your Touch (An AU Fanfiction)
Chapter 22
*WARNING: Mild sexual content and language has been used in this chapter*
Aria stood paralyzed on the spot, trying to make her brain function. She couldn’t distinguish Harry’s face properly because of the darkness, but the fragrance of his cologne and the timbre of his voice gave him away. Alarm started to engulf Aria once she realized who exactly had pulled her into this room. What in the world did he think he was doing?
“What the fuck, Harry?”
“Shush! Lower your voice for fuck’s sake!” Harry whispered to Aria.
She could feel his hot breath against the ridge of her forehead. Harry towered over her easily. Aria had always been proud of her height, as she was taller than most of the boys in her school. But this boy obviously had to be an exception. Wasn’t there one appalling thing when it came to him? Then it would be so much easier for her to dislike him for his insufferable behavior. Speaking of which…
“No, I won’t! Now, tell me why you pulled me into this room! And you better have a good explanation or I swear to God I’ll scream my lungs out!” Aria exclaimed but in a much calmer tone than before; completely sober now that she faced Harry.
“God damn it, woman! I’m trying to save you! Save both of us! And fyi, this is a closet.” Harry replied in an annoyed whisper, his hot breath now brushing against Aria’s lips. She tensed and spoke in a whisper this time.
“Save us from whom?”
“Amy!”
“Amy?”
“She’s trying to find us.”
As if on cue, Aria heard banging on the other doors and female voices shouting outside.
“Where is she?”
“Check the rooms!”
“Open up!”
“Maid girl! Come out!”
“Come out before we find you and cut off every single one of your hair!”
The last one was followed by a fit of girly giggles and Aria recognized Amy’s voice instantaneously. Aria unconsciously clasped the front of Harry’s shirt in panic. Although Harry couldn’t see her, this small action gave her fear away.
“It’s gonna be fine!” Harry reassured Aria in a low voice. “Just don’t make any noise.”
She could feel Harry’s breath against her neck now as he leant towards the door to listen to the ruckus being made outside by Amy and her group of suck ups. Aria couldn’t concentrate on the noises properly now that Harry was so close to her. A shiver ran down her spine as she felt his hot breath against her ear this time.
Harry tensed when he felt her body rake with the shiver. He noticed just then how close they were standing. It was enough to make the blood rush to the lower region of his body. He raised one of his hands and placed it on her hip. Aria’s breath hitched and it was enough consent for Harry to go further.
Harry gently pulled her towards him and lowered his head. His lips met her nose instead of her mouth, due to the lack of lighting. Aria caught onto his intentions and placing a hand on Harry’s chest, she pushed him away from her with as much strength as she could muster.
“Don’t! Just don’t, Harry! I won’t be made a fool again!”
Harry was taken aback by Aria’s resistance but composed himself quickly. Smiling to himself, he lowered his head enough to reach her neck without touching her body. The darkness which he first thought to be of an inconvenience to him was turning out to be the complete opposite. He first thought that it would be a drawback being unable to see her reactions, but now he could follow through his plan, since she too wouldn’t be able to see his reactions or his moves.
“Tell me, babe. Does being so close to me bother you?” Harry whispered against her ear. Aria felt herself melt into goo, having his soft lips caress her ear like this.
“I-“
“Tell me. Does it bother you if I rub my lips here?” Harry whispered, trailing his lips from her neck all the way down to her collar bone. His hot breath made the goose bumps rise all over Aria’s body.
“Harry don’t!” Aria tried to protest, but it sounded more like a purr than a command. Harry decided to go for the kill before she could start thinking and in turn push him away.
“Tell me, baby. Do you want me as much as I want you?” Harry finished asking, placing a hand on her tiny waist as his mouth trailed down the valley between Aria’s breasts, making her gasp in pleasure. She felt her stomach drop, heart race and nipples harden all at the same time.
“W-want?” Aria managed to let out, although it ended up sounding more like a croak due to her dry mouth.
“Want!” Harry confirmed between Aria’s breasts and gently grabbed her hand. He pulled it towards himself and placed it on something hard. Aria gasped and swiftly pulled her hand away, as if she got burnt, once she realized that it was his erection. Harry just chuckled at her shyness and continued.
“See what you do to me, babe? See how hard you make me?”
“H- Harr-” Aria tried to speak but before she could go any further, someone started jostling the knob from the other side and started banging against the door.
“Maid Girl! Come out of the closet! We know you’re in here to get your mop!” Amy’s distinctive voice could be heard followed by the shrill laughter of her followers.
It was as though someone had splashed cold water on Aria’s face and she felt her entire body tense. Harry lifted his head away slowly, as he realized that there was nothing more he could do tonight. But he still held on to her waist as he whispered.
“We’re not done yet. Meet me tomorrow. I’ll text you when and where.” Harry finished, making it sound more like a command than a request. Harry went on, grabbing a jacket from the closet and putting it on.
“I’ll distract Amy away from here, so that you can make a quick escape.” He placed his hand over the knob now as Aria stood there in shock. Just before he pulled open the door, Harry turned to Aria once again and delivered.
“Oh and babe, stay away from Louis!”
