Fanfiction 101
Loved by my Bully (punk Harry and Niall love story)
(1) I'm not even sorry for this. I wanted to stop reading after the first chapter. That's just how bad it is, but I kept reading, hoping that it might get better. Not to my surprise, it got worse. In fact, I have so many reasons that I'm just going to list them:
-spelling errors
-punctuation errors
-so many grammar errors in general
-sentences weren' capitalized
-no quotation marks making it impossible to know who's talking
-putting people's names in (parentheses) after they finish speaking doesn't help
-don't abbreviate words, you aren't texting people the story. "u" get me or "r" "u" blind?
-your plot line is overused
-you made this plot line even worse
-it was so cheesy
-it was predictable
The worst part? I kept on reading and reading, trying to figure out just where the summary would start to actually happen in the story. Instead, I read like twenty HORRIBLE chapters on how much Niall and Brianna "love" each other and what happens in their "relationshit". Even worse? Most of the time all they did was eat or sleep. I couldn't even continue reading it after a while, so I tried to skim. Even skimming was terrible for me. I can't even recommend anyone to read this story, because I fucking hate it from the bottom of the empty hole where my heart should be.
This doesn't mean you should stop writing; I just recommend that you start to pay attention during language arts. School may suck, but so does your writing.
If you find your review to be disappointing, I cannot honestly tell you that I’m sorry. Do not let what I say in any way discourage you from writing or anything for that matter. I am just one person with strongly opinionated views on everything. If I made it clear that I strongly dislike your story, do not think that other people won’t enjoy it. There are many other readers with different views than me who will find interest in your story where I may not have. I hope you do take something out of this and improve on and continue your writing, but if you don’t, that’s fine too.
