Now, you have your typical stories about people who are given a short amount of time left to live that make bucket lists and then you have The Bucket List. Dude(s). We need more stories like this. I don’t mean, like, this this, but stories that are like this, like unconventional and a bunch of other gratifying words I can’t think of at the moment.
The first chapter was completely shocking. I was at a loss for words, which really says something because I can usually always think of something to say. Ada’s death was probably the most shocking part, because you introduced her and I was really getting into liking her character and then just… she’s gone. But I like how you foreshadowed Harry’s condition and then didn’t make it officially known to him until after the crash at the hospital. Then, you have Ada showing up and making Harry seem kind of crazy and I love how real you make things seem – not just for that but in general.
Then you’ve got the bucket list idea rolling and then that girl from the beach, but I’ve pretty much spoiled the entire beginning so I’ll leave it up to the rebels who decided to read the review without reading the story to figure out how the rest goes.
But me? Absolutely love it. Voted. Subscribed. Can’t wait to see how the story evolves from here. x
If you find your review to be disappointing, I cannot honestly tell you that I’m sorry. Do not let what I say in any way discourage you from writing or anything for that matter. I am just one person with strongly opinionated views on everything. If I made it clear that I strongly dislike your story, do not think that other people won’t enjoy it. There are many other readers with different views than me who will find interest in your story where I may not have. I hope you do take something out of this and improve on and continue your writing, but if you don’t, that’s fine too.
