HARRY’S POV
Aspen was finally released from the hospital after about two weeks of observation, and I have never been so happy to have someone sitting in my car before in my life. I drove, her hand in mine, down the street to my best friend, Louis’ house. He had been worried even though he’d never met her, so I decided they should meet now that she is better.
When we pulled up in front of his house, and he was sitting on the front porch, waiting for us. When he saw us pull up, he stood up and hurried over to the car as I was opening Aspen’s door.
“Hello, love. My name is Louis. Pleased to meet you!” he said and stuck his hand out. I had never seen him be so friendly and serious before, it was pretty impressive.
“Aspen,” she smiled back, and shook his hand.
“Shall we go on inside?” he asked her. She nodded, and he turned to lead the way inside. I leaned down, kissed her quickly, and then took her hand and we walked inside after him.
We ended up sitting together in the love seat as Louis took the chair across from us. We all talked for hours, making jokes and laughing.
“Will you boys excuse me? I have to go to the bathroom,” she interjected.
“Upstairs, third door on your right,” Louis informed her, and with that, she was gone.
Louis turned to me after she was out of ear shot,
“Bloody Hell she is smoking!” he laughed at me, before whistling.
“I know she is, but she’s still fucking taken, so I can’t do any of the things I want to do to her. And damn, the things I would do to her,” I said, getting a little aroused at the thought of her in bed with me.
“Why are you letting him stop you?” he looked puzzled. He had a point. What had Aaron done to deserve her?
“How would I go about doing it?” I asked him.
“Just take her back to your place, and let it happen,” I started to get more aroused as my thoughts were presenting themselves as a reality. Aspen walked back into the room then, and I almost lost it.
“Hey, babe, it’s time to go, Louis has stuff he needs to do,” I look over at Lou, and he winks at me.
We got in the car after we say our goodbyes, and we start to drive off.
“Is it alright if we go back to my place?” I ask her. She looks at me, I can tell she knows where I am going with this, so I blush. She moves over to me, and gets as close to my ear as she can and whispers,
“I thought you’d never ask,” before nibbling on my ear lobe. I’m sporting a full on boner now, and she notices, so she decides to start to tease me…
