HARRY'S P.O.V

"you and Nikki seem to get on real well" Louis said as I sipped the mixed cocktail in my hands, the girls where sitting at the table talking while Louis, Liam and I where at the bar getting more drinks

"she's really pretty Harry, and super sweet" Liam, Gemma's boyfriend said. I glanced at the table to see the girls giggling over something

"I dont know what it is about her, but I just want to protect her from everything" I said

"Gem said something bad happened to her, do you know what"

"no, I told her when she was ready to talk about it, I would bet here to listen"

"something to do with her ex though" Louis asked, I nodded my head

"I think my mum knows a lot, but she isnt saying"

"she wouldnt lie to you though would she" Louis asked, I shrugged

"I hope not....but then again I dont know" I said with a frown

"does she know who you are" Liam asked, I chuckled and shook my head

"no, im not ready to throw that at her yet"

"here you guys go" we turned as the bar tender spoke

"thanks" we all said grabbing the drinks, we walked back to the table and gave the girls the drinks

"Harry you didnt have to get me a drink" she said

"I wanted to" I said with a smile, she smiled and took a drink of it

"what is it" she asked

"a cherry cola cocktail, its a southern drink in the states so i figured you would enjoy it" i said, she smiled and took another drink "it has coke, cherry syrup and rum in it with a cherry on top" i said, she took the cherry and placed it in her mouth pulling the stem away

"who can tie the stem with their tongue" Louis asked raising a eyebrow at Nikki "they say if you can you are a good kisser" he added

"stop it" Eleanor said playfully hitting him

"can you do it Nik" he asked, I looked at her to see her blushing, she shrugged her shoulders "try it" he added, she looked up at me, and I smiled, she sighed before putting the stem in her mouth, a few seconds later she pulled the stem out with a tiny knot

"damn" I said, she shrugged and blushed

"well Harry you can let us know if the theory is true or not" Louis said, everyone looked at him and he chuckled

"Lou, get up lets go dance" Eleanor said smacking him on the arm

"oh yes lets join them babe" Gemma said grabbing Liam. I looked at Nikki who seemed a little uncomfortable with what had just happened

"im sorry about that" I said

"its ok Harry" She said, i looked deep into her eyes, she was just absolutely stunning, I moved the hair from her face and she smiled "are...are you going to see if the theory is correct" she asked softly, my fingers ran down her right cheek

"only if you want me to" i whispered back

"i do" she said, i smiled and tilted her head slightly

"HARRY" I heard, just as our lips where about to touch, I looked over at the voice extremely annoyed to see Megan, Gemma's childhood friend

"megan" I said

"how are you I havent seen you in so long"

"I was fine, now im a little annoyed" I said trying not to sound bitter, I felt Nikki move in her seat, as I took in a deep breath

"Meg" Gemma said walking up, I looked at my sister and rolled my eyes before looking over at Nikki who was looking down, my chance had been ruined

"more drinks" Louis said walking up

"please" I said, I looked at Nikki who was already in conversation with Eleanor "I will be back" I said getting up, she smiled and nodded her head

"did you make a move" Liam asked

"I was so damn close, Megan ruined it" I said, the guys laughed

"what a bitch" Louis said, I nodded my head and turned to order our drinks
