We ended up going to Liam’s flat. “You do realize we are in sooo much trouble when we go home right?” Zoey said plopping down on the couch. I got a kind of worried look on my face and I guess it was noticeable because Niall asked me if I was okay. I looked up at him and smiled. “I don’t care. Who else gets to say that they were taken home by these idiots!?” They stood up and surrounded me. “Oh so now we’re idiots??” Harry asked me. “Uhmm is that what I said?” I asked them looking at the floor. “YES. THAT. IS. WHAT. YOU. SAID.” Louis oddly shouted at me. “Oh... well I’m sorry… But that’s what I meant!” They looked at each other and smirked before looking back at me. “You’re gunna get it Jennings!” They shouted as I took off through the hall. I had no clue where I was going but I ended up in Liam’s room. I hurriedly shut and locked the door. “You think I don’t know how to get in my room Aubrey!?” Liam laughed at me. “Well I was hoping not!” they just laughed more. “Well I don’t but I do have a hostage!” I burst into laughter, “what’re gunna do tickle her to death??” then I heard Zoey scream as they, what I assumed, cornered her and started tickling her. “A-Aubrey! H-hel- hahahah!” I burst into laughter and opened the door to run while they were tickling her. As soon as I turned the corner smack! I ran into someone, but before I could run he wrapped his arms around me and I was being thrown over his shoulder. “Put me down!!” I shouted. That did no help then I saw Niall, Harry, Zayn, and Louis come out with Zoey. She was squirming so it took all four to control her, I just hung there over Liam’s shoulder waiting to be put down. They ended up sitting us on the floor. “It’s late, so imma head out, but let me know how it goes tonight” Zayn waved and he left. “Alright well you have four choices, who’re yall staying with tonight?” Harry asked us, looking particularly at Zoey. “I don’t even wanna get up!” I yawned lying in the middle of the floor. “Alright well I guess I’ll get my things and leave then” Niall sighed grabbing his jacket and hat. I didn’t want him to leave... “See ya later!” He waved off everyone except me. Not gunna lie it kind of hurt a little. “You’re not going with Niall?” They all looked at me. “Well I wanted to, but I don’t know... I couldn’t say anything... I got kind of tongue tied.” I admitted sheepishly. “Well I guess we’re gunna head out.” Now all that was left was Liam, Louis, and I. I sighed and sat up and looked at them. Louis laughed “Love, you know-“ all of sudden the door burst open. We all looked to see Niall walking over to us. “I thought you were leaving?” I asked him with a half smile. “I told you I had to get all my things first.” “Ohh.. Okay..” he laughed and picked me up off the floor. I looked at him confused, then finally understood what he meant. I smiled at looked at the floor. “See babe! I knew he wouldn’t leave you!” Louis chuckled. He grabbed my hand and we said bye to everyone, then left to Niall’s flat. We walked in and I realized we were still holding hands. I looked at our hands and smiled at him. He walked me to his room and told me to sleep in his bed and he’d take the couch. “nah.. I can’t do that, this is your place. I’ll take the couch.” He still refused so I knew there was no way I was changing his mind. He threw me some sweat pants and his shirt that says ‘crazy mofos’ and told me I could go shower. I walked into the bathroom and looked around. Wow.. It just clicked in my head that I Aubrey Jennings is here at the Niall Horan’s flat. And it’s because he wants me to be. I couldn’t help but smile the whole time. I finished my shower and saw an unopened toothbrush so I used it and brushed my teeth and hair before walking back out. Niall was sitting on his bed in only sweat pants. And damnnn did he look good. “Like what you see?” He laughed. I smiled and nodded. He had already taken a shower too. My phone was dead, he asked if I wanted to charge it but I said no. I didn’t wanna hear from anyone at home. He told me goodnight and went off to the couch. I don’t know how long passed but I couldn’t sleep. I looked over at the clock, it was 1:34 am. Ughhhh, why am I still awake? I tried cuddling up to pillows but it didn’t work. I slowly climbed out of bed and walked to where Niall was asleep. He looked so cute lying there. “Niall…” I whispered. He didn’t wake up. I nudged him slightly and said his name again. He rolled over and looked at me confused, then realized it was me. “Aubrey, are you okay?” He asked, concerned. “Yeh, I’m fine, it’s just that well… I can’t sleep.” I looked at him and he sat up. “Home sick?” he asked. “idk, but uhh, can you come sit with me until I fall asleep. It’s just that-“ he cut me off. “Of course I will, honey.” He got up and wrapped an arm around me as we walked to his bedroom. I lied down and looked up to him waiting for him to get beside me. He sat up a little against the headboard and I scooted closer to him. He was warm and made me feel safe. He wrapped an arm around me and started quietly humming a tune until I fell asleep snuggled up the most amazing guy ever.
