Forever and Always

“Babe do realize that we have four kids and I’m only 19 and your almost 20?” I asked Harry as we were lying in bed once he came back from the concert that night.

“Well technically you only have two and I have three.” Harry said.

“Nope I have four wonderful kids. No matter if they are biologically mine or legally they are mine.” I said sitting up so I was looking at him.

“This is why I love you. I was thinking. We need to spend more time as a family. I know it’s mostly my fault since I’m almost never home but the guys want to go out tomorrow after the concert but I was thinking maybe you and I can take Ethan and Kayla to a movie while Gemma and Cam watch the twins. I already asked them and they said they would.” Harry said also sitting up.

“Sounds good to me. While you are at sound check the girls and I are going out to lunch.” I said moving so I was sitting on his lap.

“Ok but are you taking the kids with you?” he asked me. I nodded my head.

“Take Paul and Mike with you.” he said seriously. I nodded my head and then rested it against his chest.

“I love you.” I whispered before I fell asleep.

Next Day
“Bug your clothes are laid out so you get dressed while I help Ethan.” I said taking Ethan to my bed. She nodded her head then went to the bath room to change. Harry was still asleep and he had an hour until he had to be at sound check.

“Ethan go jump on daddy.” I said. Ethan waddled over to where Harry was lying and then he jumped on Harry’s stomach.
“What the? Oh hey buddy.” Harry said sitting up and moving Ethan onto his lap.

“Hey babe. Kayla is finishing getting dressed then you can go get ready.” I said picking Ethan up from Harry’s lap.

“You can get ready while I get the twins ready for you.” Harry said walking over and wrapping his arms around my waist while I changed Ethan’s pull-up.

“Thanks. We really need to potty train him.” I said putting his pants on.

“I know. We can start to work on that later.” Harry said picking Ethan up and spinning him around making him giggle.

“Mommy can you make my hair pretty?” Kayla asked walking out and moving her hair out of her face.

“Yeah come here buggie.” I said sitting on the bed and waiting for her to climb up. After she did I began to braid her hair. Once I was done I took my clothes to the bathroom with me and took a shower. I finished and got dressed then went and laid down and watched Harry with the twins.

“It’s not nice to stare.” Harry said not moving his attention from the twins.

“Ok.” I said turning so my back was to him.

“I’m going to get dressed babe.” Harry said handing Colton to me and kissing me and then walking off to the bathroom. I led Kayla and Ethan out to the living room area with both of the twins in my arms. I turned on the TV for Kayla and Ethan then set the twins in the playpen we have in the living room. I went and grabbed their bottles out of the fridge and warmed them up. I then walked into the living room and saw Colton sitting up! I began to cheer and Harry came running into the room while putting his shirt on.

“What’s wrong?” He asked frantically. I pointed to the playpen and when he saw Colton sitting up he began to cheer also. I took out my phone and took a picture and sent it to Anne.

“Wait if Colton is sitting up why isn’t Haleigh?” Harry asked wrapping his arms around my waist and resting his head on my shoulder.

“They will hit their milestones at different times so it’ll be fine. Now don’t you have a sound check to go to?” I asked turning around and wrapping my arms around his neck.

“I would rather stay here with you guys.” Harry whined. I chuckled and rested my head on his chest.

“The kids and I are going out to lunch with the girls and then maybe the park.” I said lifting my head up and looking at him.

“That sounds like so much fun.” Harry said.

“It should be.It would be really amazing if you guys had a concert in a park sometime.” I said smiling.

“It would.” Harry said. I nodded my head.

“You’re going to be late if you don’t leave now babe. Have fun and I’ll see you when I get back from lunch with the girls or after the concert whichever happens.” I said kissing him on the lips then going and helping Ethan off the couch so he could give Harry a hug and kiss. After Harry kissed all the kids he left and I put the twins in a stroller and went to Gemma’s room and knocked on the door. When she didn’t answer after my knock I had Ethan and Kayla knock non-stop until she opened the door.

“Hello little noise makers come on in. Cam is watching Spongbob.” Gemma said stepping aside so they could run in. I pushed the twins’ stroller in and then Gemma and I each picked one up and carried them to the living room.

“Hey Cam.” I said as we walked past him to their bedroom.

“When are you guys going home?” Gemma asked me as we both sat down on the bed.

“Friday.” I said sadly.

“That’s in two days. Does Harry know?” Gemma asked me while making faces at Colton.

“Yeah he just refuses to face it. Which means that when it’s time to board the plane it will be ten times harder on him.” I said. She nodded her head.

“How are you going to hold up having the kids all day alone?” Gemma asked me.

“I’ll be fine. I mean a week after we get back Kayla will start school so it will leave me with Ethan and the twins and Ethan listens well.” I said bounding Haleigh up and down on my leg. We sat in the room talking for an hour until it was time to go meet the others for lunch.
