Thank You El.

I stop abruptly before getting in the pool. I set her down gently and get ahold of her hands, “Demetria, I would never throw you in there until I teach you how to swim.” She’s holding onto my hands extremely tight and her face is pale. Her eyes dart between me and the light blue pool. I pull her for a hug and squeeze her shoulders gently. Once I feel like her nerves have slightly calmed down, I lead her to the other. She slowly walks with me, probably afraid of what I'm going to do.
I turn to look at her and wrap my arms around her waist. She tightly wraps her arm around my neck and locks her gaze with mine. I tower over her due to her short height. “Do you trust me?” I ask. She looks back at the pool and then back up at me and nods her head. “Okay I'm going to lead you somewhere but don’t let go. You have to trust me. If you get scared, just hold me closer to you. I promise you are safe and I have you, okay?” I tell her. She bites her bottom lip and automatically wraps her arms tighter around my neck. I lean down slowly, darting my eyes back and forth between her lips and her eyes. As I inch closer to my desired spot, I look at her eyes one last time and notice they are closed.
When our lips connect, I start walking backwards with her; one step at a time. She takes a deep breath and tightens her hold on me again. I break from the kiss, “Look at me the whole time okay? I will not let you get hurt, ever.” I whisper to her.
Demetria POV:
I look into Harry’s eyes as he leads me to some unknown place. I'm scared shitless right now and all we’re doing is walking on concrete. I wish I knew where we are going but I doubt he’s going to tell me. He continues to kiss me but never on the lips. His soft kisses are left everywhere on my face as he talks in between them. I can’t help but admire his tall frame, soft lips, and mesmerizing words although I should be paying attention to where we are going. I know he can tell I'm afraid of the pool and he’s being cautious with me. I appreciate this gesture and loosen my grip on his neck. I trust that he’s not going to let anything bad happen to me.
My fear taking over my body, I realized I was taking extremely small steps that I knew his long legs weren’t used to. I took a deep breath and let my feet walk their normal distance. He stopped abruptly and looked me in my eyes. “You are special to me. A lot more then you know and probably should be. Not that that’s a bad thing, but I just wanted you to know,” he said while gently rubbing my back in an attempt to calm me down more. It took everything in me to not cry. I’ve never had anyone talk to me the way he does or show me so much affection like he does. I feel like I would sacrifice so much just to be with him. That’s not healthy for either one of us but it’s a strong feeling inside of me. Instead of telling him all of this, I lean in slowly and connect our lips. He pulls our bodies closer as we’re still tangled in our kiss.
He then turned our bodies and I felt a cloth go around my eyes. I pulled back from the kiss confused, “Harry what are you doing?” I asked, panic filling my voice. He didn’t answer and I reached behind my head to untie the cloth. He grabbed my hands and held them down by my side, “Relax Demetria, trust me.” Panic still ran its course through my body but it somehow missed my brain because I felt myself nod my head. He held my hands and began walking again. He stopped and left a few kisses on my hands. “Take a step love,” he said. My feet involuntarily took a step but my foot didn’t connect with anything. Confused, I walk a little forward and realized I needed to take a step down. I hesitantly took a step down. The floor didn’t feel like the previous concrete anymore and it was slightly wet. He then took another step and told me to repeat my actions. I stepped down and my feet were met with a thin layer of water. I tightened my grip as I started realizing what was happening. I push the thought to the back of my head and left my trust in Harry. He wouldn’t do that, right?
We repeated this routine five more times, the water rising higher and higher each step. My grip on his hands soon turned to my grip on his forearms. I squeezed him tightly, letting fear overtake my body. Soon there weren’t any more steps and the blindfold was removed from eyes. I slowly blinked my eyes open, afraid to face the truth. My arms now wrapped around his neck again and his hands tightly around my waist. He was standing in the water while my legs were firmly around his waist. I look around to notice that we are in the pool but still near the edge. His bright green orbs intently watching me as I look at our surroundings. Water. A whole lot of light blue water surrounded us. The house, with all its lights peering in the background, matched the backyard perfectly. This really was a beautiful place to live. “Who lives here Harry?” I ask, letting curiosity take place of my fear. He studied my face hard before answering, “We do. All of the lads and some of the crew live here while we’ve been in America.” I look in his direction, easily figuring out that he’s moved us so were no longer near any edge but in the center of the pool. At this new revelation, I'm still not afraid. Granted my grip tightens on him but my heart has calmed down a lot. I'm shocked.
“You did it Harry,” I say as I'm registering the fact that he did something no one has ever been able to do.
