Harry’s POV:
These classes have no appeal to me. There is no Gabby in them. I didn’t like calling her that. I know everyone called her that, but I didn’t want to be everyone. I wanted her to know me, the real me, and not the “bad boy” me. I rolled my eyes when the teacher’s split me and my boys up. I needed something to keep me sane throughout these awful classes. I guess the thought of Gabriella would just have to do. I wanted to have health all day, everyday.
Something hit the back of my head, fucking Niall.
I turned around and mouthed, “Stop.”
He shrugged, probably confused. Usually I would throw it right back or get up and punch his arm just for fun. I didn’t feel like doing that today. Class was dismissed and Liam was waiting for me at the door. The boys were following behind me. I was the head of the gang, so I was always in front. It was just the way it was. Quinton was passing me with Gabriella shortly behind him, but not holding hands. He stared me down, looking to cause trouble. I tried not to look at Gabriella, but I couldn’t help it.
Quinton stopped in front of me, “Are you looking at my girl?”
“Definitely not. I wouldn’t want her when I could have anyone.”
His eyes narrowed, “Watch yourself, Styles.”
“Why don’t you take your whore of a girlfriend and leave?”
I could see Gabriella’s jaw drop. Shit.
“Fuck off.” Quinton grabbed Gabriella’s hand and took her forward with him. I knew I offended her.
Zayn elbowed me, “I guess you really don’t like her, huh, mate?”
“Not in the slightest.”
He laughed and stood back behind me. I guess I was a really good liar.

Gabby’s POV:
I walked with Quinton to my car and he let go of my hand and kissed me. I got in my car and sped home with tears in my eyes. Why did Harry do that? Why the fuck am I crying? I don’t care what he thinks. I got into my driveway and looked up at my house. It was too fucking big for just me and my parents. It drove me mad. I walked up to the front door and opened it. No one was home, thank god. I went up to my room with my backpack and slammed the door. Fuck Harry. I picked up phone out of my backpack.
One new message from a number I didn’t recognize.
“I didn’t mean what I said. –H”
I rolled my eyes. I threw my phone on my table and flopped onto my bed. I was so tired, emotionally and physically and it was only the first day of school. I hated this.
My phone vibrated again. Quinton.
“I do love you.”
I rolled my eyes again. That was a load of shit.
I responded to Harry’s text, “Whatever, I don’t give a shit what you think anyway.” That was a lie.
Two minutes later there was a response, “I really do want to be nice to you, Gabriella.”
“Doubt it. Just come over this weekend and we can get this project over with.”
Five minutes later, “Of course.”
I decided to respond to Quinton’s text, “Love you too babe.”
Two minutes later he answered, “Wanna hang out this weekend?”
“I cant.”
“Why?”
“I have a project I have to do with someone in my health class.”
“Who?”
Of course he needed to know every detail. “Harry Styles.”
“You aren’t doing that.”
“I want to get an A.”
He took ten minutest to respond, “Whatever. I can find another girl to hang out with.”
“Yeah, go ahead and try to find a girl you haven’t fucked, I bet you cant.”
“Fuck yourself, Gabby.”
“I am done. We are through.”
“I can ruin you.”
I threw my phone against the wall. Not my best choice. It was just shattered on the back. The front was fine though. I swear, iPhones were indestructible. I texted Harry.
“Can we talk?”
“About the project?”
“No.”
“Uh, okay, want me to come over?”
I knew that would piss Quinton off. “Sure.” I gave him my address. I really needed someone to protect me, and I knew Harry would do that.
