Alison's POV
Boy I had the weirdest nightmare ever. Just thinking about him made my memories worse. When I opened my eyes, Harry was already awake.

"Morning sunshine" He said smiling,stroking my cheek.

"Morning" I replied as I heard something from downstairs. "Uh what's all that sound?" I asked confused.

"Oh it's just my mum. She said you are gorgeous" He said making me go shy. "You're so cute when you're shy" He said as he kissed me.

Then the door opened slowly and his mum came in. I panicked and pulled away quickly.

"Oh I'm sorry bad timing but the breakfast is ready" She said smiling. "Plus be sure to use protection" She added before closing the door making us both gasp.

"Well that wasn't weird" I said sarcastically and got up.

Harry got up to take a shower as I received a text from Elena telling us to come over and that we had to talk. I said Harry's mum prepared us breakfast so we'd come later and quickly changed. I got another text and thought it was Elena again but it was an unknown number.

"Hey, we couldn't talk plus you owe me remember? You said you'll see me around." I was confused. Who the hell was that?

I replied saying 'who is this' and put my phone away as Harry got out of shower.

"Okay I'm gonna go see if your mum needs any help meanwhile you change quickly Mr" I said giving him a kiss on his cheek.

"Hello, I'm Alison. Thank you for having me here" I said smiling putting my hand out towards his mum.

"Hi dear,it's my pleasure. Call me Anne though" She replied smiling genuinely. "You're always welcome here, it's nice to see my boy had found a nice, gorgeous girl like you" She added making me blush.

Those were the exact words Jason's mum said to me. That poor lady...

Harry's POV

I was still thinking about the Jason guy, then I saw her phone on my bed unlocked. 'No Harry you shouldn't' I said angrily at myself but then I already had her phone in my hand. I quickly typed Jason in her contact list then bam! I found him. I thought for a minute and decided to call him.

"Alison?" He answered his phone confused.

"This is Harry. And you are?" I asked him seriously.

"Uh Jason. Is Alison okay?" He asked worried.

"She is perfectly fine. How are you connected to her?" I asked hoping he won't say what I was thinking.

"She's my..ex" He said taking a deep breath.

"Okay thanks man. This talk never happened" I said quickly hanging up.

Why did you even do that Styles? I asked myself angrily. It was obvious he still cared about her and she was having dreams about him. Jealousy took over me so I kicked my bed. Shit! That hurt. Then I decided to go downstairs before they yell at me.

Alison's POV

His mum was amazing! She was so cool,like you could talk about anything.

"He talks about you a lot. Alison this,Alison that-" She was saying as Harry cut her off.

"Mum! Stop embarrassing me" He said covering my ears.

We all sat down and had an amazing time. I wish I had a mum like her but I've only seen a picture of her when I was little. She was really pretty. As we were just chatting the subject turned to me. Yay, I said sarcastically in my head.

"So Alison, where are your parents?" Anne asked me causing Harry to glare at her.

"It's okay" I whispered to Harry. "Well my dad always works and my mum left when I was like 9 months or something" I said looking at my plate.

"Oh hun, I'm so sorry" Anne said reaching out to hold my hand.

"It's fine" I said giving her a weak smile. "I actually have a picture of her" I said holding my locket.

It shocked Harry as much as it did Anne. I took it off and passed it to her.

"Wow, I can tell how you're this gorgeous" Anne said giving it back to me.

"Yeah I guess I owe it to her" I said smiling at her picture.

I just wanted to know why she left us. Wasn't I good enough for her? I was just a baby who had to grew up without a mum, not knowing what to do during puberty or with boys.

"Anyways we're going to Elena's today so we should start to get ready" I said getting up to put the dishes in the dishwasher making sure I wasn't getting any water on me.

"Please, at least let me help" Anne said joining me.

Harry was just sitting and watching us and I winced from the pain my elbow caused me. I couldn't say anything but Harry understood so he got up and came next to me.

"Let me help too" He said shocking Anne.

"Wow Alison, you really are a good influence on my boy" We laughed and I mouthed 'thank you' to Harry.

Elena opened the door to us like we were the crew of Mtv's Teen Cribs.

"Welcome to my humble home bitches" She said laughing.

"Feeling the love already" I said rolling my eyes and went inside.

Louis was there too. I really didn't wanna face him so I turned around to leave but Elena pushed me over to him.

"Like it or not you guys have to solve this freaking problem right now!" She commanded us.

Louis just looked at me for a minute then he sighed.

"I'm sorry baby sis" I hugged him saying 'it's fine'

"I swear I'll kill the person who did this" He whispered in my ear.

"So you're alright now?" Liam asked me.

I nodded. I just wanted them to stop talking about it.

"They'll all shut up now" Harry said giving them all 'stop talking about it' look.

We decided to watch an old movie and ordered pizza for lunch. Then Elena gestured me to follow her to the kitchen. I did as she said.

"Alison! We've got to talk about this mermaid stuff". She said angrily.

"Can we just pretend we're not?" I really hated fish and now being half one wasn't helping me.

"Are you gonna stop showering forever?" She asked me raising her eyebrow.

"No" I replied confused.

"Well then we can't pretend we're not mermaids" Boy she wasn't gonna stop.

"Fine. I'll pretend to be sick on monday so come over and we'll see" I said rolling my eyes.

When I got back inside,Liam asked me and Harry to go to his place so we agreed. Harry was just playing Fifa as I went to the kitchen to help Liam.

"You know I had my eyes on you first" He said out of no where.

I gave him a confused look and he didn't say anything else. Well Harry did mention him making a comment on one of my pictures but whatever.

"Harry can we go, I just wanna sleep" I said while they were still playing Fifa.

We said our goodbyes and started walking towards my place. As we were talking my phone rang but I didn't know the number so I didn't reply and saw a text from the same number who texted me earlier. I read it quickly and it said 'Jesse'. Shit.

"Who was that?" Harry asked curiously.

"Probably wrong number" I tried my best to lie.

I knocked on the door and Louis opened it.

"Well I'm gonna take a shower so pretend I'm not here" I said as I went to my room after I kissed Harry.

I could tell they were playing something already. Man taking a shower as a mermaid was horrible. I pushed myself out of the tub and hit the floor which was painful and blow drie. My tail. That was probably the strangest thing I've ever experienced. When I finally had my legs back, I put on a onesie and sat on my bed. I yanked off the bandage on my wrist to check out how was it but it was still purple as a plum. Suddenly my phone went off so I answered it without even looking who was calling.

"Why didn't you answer me babe?" His voice sent shivers down my spine.

It was Jesse. I really wanted to hang up but for some reason I couldn't.

"I was with my boyfriend like I am now so stop bothering me!" I yelled and quickly hung up.

"Who was that?" Louis said getting in my room.

"No one" I said lying.

"Stop lying" He said as Harry followed him in.

"Just Jason, Louis. It's fine" I said without smiling.

Louis believed me somehow and said if I needed any help they'd be downstairs. Phew, that was close. I just got in bed and turned on the TV. I was half sleeping when someone wrapped their arms around me...

Harry's POV

I woke up to Alison's touch on my face. One of the best ways to wake up. After a while I decided to ask her about Jason.

"Who's this Jason guy and what does he want?" I asked her frowning.

"It wasn't Jason,who called. I lied. It was umm.. Jesse" She said gulping loudly.

My face turned red and I could see the fear in her eyes. I was about to say something but she cut me off.

"I feel better today, it's just a waste of time" she said smiling.

"Fine but guess what? I'm never gonna leave your side" I said like a little kid. Then I frowned. "But babe who is Jason?" I asked her playing with her fingers.

"Just my ex babe" She said kissing my nose and closing her eyes.

Thank god it was sunday, so I let her sleep and then we just spent the day together,enjoying each others company. Before I knew she was already sleeping.

Alison's POV

Weird mermaid day,I said to myself as I rubbed my eyes. I quickly coughed a bit and made my cheeks red so I wouldn't go to school. It was hard convincing Harry to go to school but when I said I needed some girl time, he understood and told me he'd come home directly after school. I waited for Elena in my backyard, where our pool was.

"So, are you ready?" She asked looking at the pool.

I just shrugged and jumped in. It was actually nice to see clearly under the water, plus I felt this weird connection between me and water. Okay I gotta admit it was really cool.

"Elena jump in!" I said happily.

She did as she counted how many seconds it took us to turn.

"15 seconds" She said smiling.

"And now going back to human" I said as I pushed myself out with water. "Did I just.. Uh control water?" I asked her confused.

She nodded slowly as I dried myself and turned back into human. We did the same to her and went inside for some snacks.

"So wet mermaids, dry humans" Elena repeated herself trying to believe what she was saying.

I nodded and put my hand out to the lemonade. I tried to put it in a glass but I lost control of it and it almost hit Elena so she put her hands out. Then the lemonade turned into some jelly.

"Oh my god, I felt like a water bender!" I squealed.

I took a towel and cleared up the weird jelly lemonade from the floor as I heard a boiling sound. Well there wasn't anything in the kettle. I looked back and Elena had her hand out boiling the lemonade. I panicked, yelled for her to stop putting my hand out as a gesture but then the boiling lemonade turned into an ice cube.

"Let me get this straight. I control water and freeze it, you turn it into a jelly and evaporate it" I said making a list.

We decided to try our some sort of mermaid magic on the pool. First I put my hand out and made a ball out of water then Elena turned it into jelly. It was a bit hard to hold up in the air but I put my other hand out to freeze it. Then I looked up to her so she understood it was her turn. The ball was cracking as we heard someone say my name. The ball exploded and I held all the pieces up in the air.

"Let it go!" Elena whispered at me and I obliged.

Harry came up to me running and pulled me in a hug.

"Are you feeling better now? You're a bit cold, you should be inside. Why are you eve out here?"
He asked me looking angrily at Elena.

"I wanted some fresh air babe" I said turning his head back to me.

We were about to kiss as Liam pushed Niall to the pool falling in himself too. I faked a cough and sat on a chair watching them cautiously. I saw Elena running in. I was just thinking about everything happened to us, I didn't even realize wet Harry coming to me. He hugged me and I let him for a second. Shit! 15 seconds! I yelled in my head and got up saying I needed to pee. The moment I got into the bathroom I fell hard on my back because of my tail
