Today I decided that me and Elena should do some more mermaid stuff so I couldn't wait for the day to be over. I wasn't even paying any attention to anyone besides Harry till the end of the day. When the last bell rang I ran over to Elena.

“Elena! I have a brilliant idea” I said with excitement.

She got confused and asked me what was it but I didn't answer and pulled her with the to the park.

“I wonder for how long we can hold our breaths?” I said pointing at the lake.

“Who’s so eager to find out new stuff about us now?” She said laughing.

Well I actually liked this whole mermaid thing. It was different and fun.

“Let’s go then” I said jumping in and she jumped after me.

We swam deep as I saw a tunnel and showed it to Elena. She nodded gesturing we should go. We swam through a dark tunnel and ended up the moon pool. Yeah that’s what I called that place.

“Isn't this the place where we turned into mermaids?” Elena asked me looking around.

“Yeah this is it” I said smiling.

We just talked in the relaxing water then decided we should go back. We cautiously looked behind a rock to see if it was safe to come out of the water but Liam was there looking like he saw a ghost. He was walking around so I froze the grass under his feet to make him fall down. Then Elena quickly dried us and we were about to escape as he called our names. Oh, c’mon!

“What?!” I snapped at him.

“I just um kinda followed you girls here and I-“ He was saying as I cut him off.

“Liam! We've talked about this. You’re a great guy but as a friend” I said quickly leaving after.

When I got into my house Louis was furious, so was Harry.

“Alison Aria Tomlinson! Where have you been? You disappeared after school. No calls, no texts” Louis said angrily.

Geez, mum I’m sorry, I said in my head, rolling my eyes.

“What Louis is trying to say is we were worried about you” Harry said coming towards me.

“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to worry you guys, I was with Elena” I said looking at my feet.

“It’s fine sis, just the rumors-“ He was saying as he stopped like he wasn’t supposed to say that.

“Rumors?” I asked him curiously.

“Bro I’m sure she’s tired and shouldn’t deal with that stuff right now” Harry said holding my arm and turning his back.

“No, tell me” I said fiercly.

“People are saying you’re suicidal” Harry said full of anger but not towards me, towards them.

“Oh well, I’m going to bed” I said shrugging.

As I was hugging Louis, he whispered “Not again right?” in my ear and I just shook my head no.

I could tell he felt better after that. He just wanted to make sure I wasn’t going down that road again. I went up to bed and pulled the duvet over me not even bothering to change, I was too tired for that cause this mermaid thing was too tiring.

“Do you want me to stay?” Harry asked opening my door.

I nodded and smiled.

“Yes please, I feel safe when I’m with you” I said shyly.

“Good to know, I wanna keep you safe. No matter what” He said wrapping his arms around me.

“I love you Harry” I said as I dozed off.

I had the same nightmare again but this time I didn’t wake Harry. Though when I woke up it was only 1am, my hands were bruised. Apparently I squeezed them too strong, trying not to cry or scream. I turned my head to face him.

“Gosh, what did I do to deserve you after what happened to Jason?” I whispered, admiring him.

“Well you’re amazing and what did happen to Jason?” He said opening his eyes.

“You were awake the whole time?” I asked him in shock.

“Yes you had a bad night again love” He said with a ‘please tell me what’s wrong’ look.

“Just stupid nightma-“ I was saying as he cut me off.

“They’re not just stupid nightmares Alison. Something’s wrong and why are you keeping this Jason thing as a secret? Do you still have feelings for him? It was obvious he still does” He said annoyed.

“What?! Harry how can you say that?!” I asked him shocked.

“You keep saying his name in your dreams and he was so happy when I called him from your phone” He said quietly.

“For fucks sake Harry!” I yelled as I got up and ran outside making sure I took my phone with me.

I dialed Jesse’s number without even thinking. It rang a couple of times before he finally answered.

“Hello?” He said with loud music behind him.

“Jesse umm this is Alison. I heard Fabian is throwing a party today. Can I come?” I said not regretting.

He said Fabian will be delighted if I came so I got the directions to his house and I started walking over there. When I arrived at the front door, I took a deep breath and opened the door. The place was crowded and some guys winked at me saying some shit. Then this one guy, who was obviously drunk, threw himself on me. I yelled at him and thank god someone pulled him away. It was Fabian.

“Alison! You came” He said happily, hugging me.

“Uh yeah but I guess I’ll be going back now, it’s too crowded for me” I yelled trying to make my voice audible over the loud music.

“Hey don’t . We’ll go to a less crowded place” He said taking my hand with a bottle of vodka in his other hand.

I should have known he meant his room but I didn’t care. We sat on his bed and he handed me the bottle. I was almost finished drinking the whole bottle after a while.

“Why are you here?” He asked me breaking the silence.

“Cause I want to” I slurred.

“So you won’t mind if I do this” He said as he kissed me.

It was wrong on so many levels but I couldn’t get myself to stop him as I was way past drunk which made me like it…

When I woke up my head was aching like an elephant stepped on it. I turned my head to the right and saw Fabian sleeping.

“Oh shit!” I said getting up collecting my pants and top from the floor.

As I was wearing my pants he woke up.

“Why leaving without a goodbye?” He said getting up.

“Goodbye Fabian, I really should get going” I said buttoning my pants.

“Well at least remember me by this, I’m not sure you’ll remember last night” He said as he kissed me.

He pulled away and handed me my sweater.

“No one can know about this” I said firmly before I left.

What did you do Alison? Why are you being like Jason? Harry was just being protective but he did accuse me of liking Jason. Maybe I did have small feelings for someone but I was sure it wasn't Jason but someone else…
