Chapter 1
Madi's POV:
it's been three weeks now since I've moved to London.
three weeks away from my family and everything and everyone I knew.
it's so strange to me. but I can't help but be excited everyday cause I never know what is going to happen.
since I've been here I have made only one friend.
Eleanor Calder. we met at one of my first photo shoots here. we became friends instantly. she even helped me set up my new flat and wardrobe shopping. the weather here is much different than Los Angeles.
but today I have finally fully moved my stuff and set up my flat. El had said we should go out to dinner tonight to celebrate. and I could not deni that. she has spent her entire day at her boyfriend Louis' flat so I have to go there to pick her up for dinner.
once I had gotten to the complex where the flat was I texted El so she could just run down stairs. I sat in my car for 5 minutes without a reply or her coming down.
I decided to just go up there and get her. when I finally got to the door of the flat I knocked in it and I was not expecting to see him answer the door.
it was the infamous lady's man. Harry Styles. I was in complete shock for a minute. I was expecting Lou or El to answer.
"um can I help you? " harry asked me.
"oh um is El here? she told me to come pick her up from here..." I said
"yeah. she's upstairs with louis." he replied moving out of the way so I could enter.
"thanks."
"if you don't mind me asking, who are you, love?" he asked
"I'm Madi. I'm a friend of El's. I just moved here a few weeks ago." I replied. he seemed really confused and lost.
"there you are madi! I've been waiting for you!" El said as she came down the stairs.
"well I texted you I was here 7 minutes ago but you never replied or came out so I came up here to get you. "
"I can't believe you are stealing my girlfriend from me again. "Louis said sarcastically to me.
"well get over it! you get her all the time! it's my turn to hang out with her. " I replied back to him
"fiiine. I guess." he said defeated
"ok ok. are we leaving now for dinner or what?" El asked
"of course! bye boys!" I said happily
I was so glad to be heading out of there. I don't know why but I just felt awkward around Harry. Even though that was the first I ever met him, it just felt awkward. I have been over to the flat several times before. but each time I was there, Harry wasn't. I guess I was hoping to meet him at a social gathering or something. oh well. time to celebrate!
