“You shouldn’t have said that!” I snapped at Robin once my broken angel escaped her excuse to the toilet. I calmed myself down in seconds and spoke to Robin again: “Her mother passed away 3 years ago, that’s why she is sensitive to the case.” My family members looked at me with sorrow filling their eyes, especially my mom. WHY IS THIS WHOLE EMOTIONAL CRISIS STRIKING ME AND MY BIRD TODAY!? I stood up from my seat sharply and walked fast to the bathroom down the hall. I knocked on the door in tiny prints and spoke out: “Baby don’t be upset, he didn’t know about the case, please open up?” I waited for what seemed to be 5 minutes, until the bathroom door unlocked. Once she got out with her head low and her long hair covering her dull face, I brought her to my arms and hugged her strongly, as I planted a kiss on the top center of her head.
“Shhh its ok beautiful… He didn’t know, no one did, Please forgive them… Come on Kim stop crying before I start as well… Shhh…” I kept holding her tight and brushing her wavy long hair, as her sobbing started to slow down. “(She tried her best to speak as she started to have hiccups from the nervousness; my poor little angel!) I-I’m not ma-mad at any of the-them…” Even when she cried, she was pretty; which reminded me of one of our songs “Nobody Compares”. EVEN OUR SONGS APPLY ON HER PERFECTLY! THANK GOD SHE’S MINE TO SPOIL HER WITH LOVE, AND NO ONE ELSE. “How about you go upstairs with me, and we grab our coats for a little walk outside? Does that feel better love?” I maintained my calmness in the tone, and I felt her head nod on my chest. I walked up with her and we got our coats, to head outside. We sat at my porch, just looking at each other silently as I slid my arm around her; at this moment this was no place that I would rather be. BLOODY STATIC ANOTHER SONG THAT FITS THIS MOMENT “Stole My Heart”! KIMBERLY YOU REALLY ARE THE PERFECT DREAM TO COME TRUE.
“Harry?” Her voice made me concentrate on reality again, she lifted her face that was lying on my shoulder, and looked at me. “(She took my left hand into both of hers and held it warmly) I’m going to be like rose in titanic if we won’t enter soon. Hehe.” I know that she was trying to get out of the phase, so I just went along and gave her the biggest smile. She stood up and I embraced her, as we walked back inside; the poor thing was shaking. Once we walked in, my mother grabbed Kimberly’s hand and whispered something in her ear; I wanted to know what my mom had in mind. My love nodded and followed my mother’s footsteps to her own room. “Harry we are planning to change our tradition this year, we want to take Kimberly out for Christmas; what do you say?” I really was dancing deep down, since my parents are becoming attached to my unique girlfriend, and I knew why they wanted to take her out; just so that they apologize to her indirectly.
“But Gem, I wanted her to experience what we share each year with each other. You know the dinner, then the gift exchange and the movie?” My sister smiled and shook her head, as she replied:“We’ll take her out for dinner, and then when we come back we can do all of the exchange process and the movie little brother. Don’t worry; I’m just thinking about what would make her comfortable; she obviously isn’t used to our simple method. Don’t get me wrong, but you know she is a social elite and we all can tell, that’s why if we took her out to a fancy dinner tomorrow; her feeling of relieve and contempt will increase. And that’s what I want her to remember from her first visit.” Gemma shocked me with facts I skipped, she was absolutely right. Kim has a different life style than the one I grew up to, and this dinner idea will make her happier hopefully. I paused my thoughts, and hugged my sister. “You’re right Gem. I think it would be a better idea.” We dropped the hug and shared our good night wishes, as we both went to our rooms upstairs.
