*Sam's Pov*

i halfway listened to whatever liam was trying to tell me, i knew i should pay more attention but the stare harry had on us was consuming me. i'm not sure if i like it or not. the feeling his eyes left on me was odd, it made me want to turn around and meet his gaze, but it also made me want to walk away from it also.

"Sam?" liam's voice snapped me out of my thoughts. i quickly refocused on him taking in the smirk that graced his features. 'much like harry's,' i thought before quickly scorning myself at the idea.

"yeah?" i finally answered when i realized he was still staring at me.

"When do yo-" he started before harry interrupted. i slightly enjoyed it but the annoyance out weighed it.

"Hey Liam, Sam. What are you two talking about?" he asked forging innocence. i sent him a glare, knowing he saw it. before i could tell him to leave liam spoke up for me.

"I was just about to ask when she wanted me to pick her up later," he smiled kindly to me. i loved how sweet he was, though it didn't always seem so real.

"um...." i thought carefully. all of a sudden the thought of hair, makeup, and outfit all rushed to me. 'damn theres a lot to do,' i thought.

*Harry's pov*

her answer was taking longer than i would have wanted, let alone expected. i figured she was either looking for a way out of truly thinking it over. 'god i hope she's looking for a way out' i thought watching her carefully. she pulled her bottom lip between her teeth, her lips looked amazing. just the sight of them could have you drooling, but to see her chew on it nervously made me want to kiss her. 'why does she have to hate me?' i thought bitterly, pulling my attention away from her lips finally.

"How does 7 sound?" she offered. i felt my heart crack, i knew she had a date with him but why did it have to hurt so bad. i looked behind me slightly seeing kate smirk lightly to herself. 5 days ago i would have jumped at the chance to take her out on a second date, but now i was dying to get rid of her.

"Why not 6:30?" liam obviously teased. i saw a flash of something in sam's eyes, though it was gone so fast i wasn't fully sure if it had actually been there in the first place.

"My dad has a meeting tonight, he'll be off to it around 6:50, so it makes it easier if he's not around." she smiled lightly. i would have thought wrongly if i didn't know how tough her family could be on her. i noticed the slight glint in liam's eyes. i knew he had a dirty thought running wild through his thick skull. knowing he where he was taking sam worried me. everyone knew he only took a girl to lamores if he was looking to become serious with them. i would never let that happen. i have to stop this somehow.

Before i got the chance to say anything else the bell rang for class, i turned toward sam ready to lead her in, unfortunatly witnessing liam place a quick kiss to her cheek. i wanted to beat him away from her, but that would only make her hate me more.

luckily i still had lunch to talk to her, well hopefully.
