*Sam's Pov*

"what took so long?" i asked as harry tossed two bags into the back seat.

"well plans change, and we'll need some things."

"what kind of things?" i asked raising an eyebrow.

"cheeky, but i'm sorry to disappoint you because i don't do that on a first date." he teased. i stuck my tongue out at him, making him laugh.

soon we pulled up to a back alley, which honestly didn't seem so great.

"right this way," harry said leading me toward a door.

"What are we doing?"

"like i said it's a surprise."

"where are we?"

"you're favorite place to be." he smirked as he pulled open the door and lead me through the hallway. before long we passed through a door and into the a reading section of untitled.

"this is real classy for a first date." i teased making him glare playfully at me. i helped him push tables and chairs aside before he rushed off to the back room, leaving me to dig through the bags he'd gotten.

"m&m's. nice choice." i smiled as he lugged in a dvd player. "what are you doing?"

"since we can't do dinner, how does a movie sound?"

"perfect." i smiled as we set everything up.

*Harry's Pov*

i have to admit, working hard for something definitely pays off in the end. at least tonight did. i can't believe watching a movie in the shop, would classify as my best date. 'god i've had lots of them' i though. i've never been so at ease with a girl before, and for some reason i'm glad i am now.

halfway through the movie i felt her eyes on me, i turned to look at her as she shifted closer in my arms.

"this is nice." she whispered lightly.

"way better than dinner." i smirked.

*Sam's Pov*

"so all you did was watch movies at the bookstore?" lacy asked, obviously amazed by my 'amazing' story of my 'hot' date.

"yep. but it was great anyway."

"did you two even watch any of the movie or were you both to wrapped up in each others sweaty figures?" she teased, making me choke on my water.

"why would my harry do anything with that?" a prickly voice came from over my shoulder.

"hi kate." we both greeted her. though lacy's was definitely friendlier.

"lacy why on earth are you hanging out with the enemy?" kate sneered at me.

"Sam's my friend."

"then pick a side. be my friend and live peacefully, or be with her and deal with the living hell i'll put you through."

"and this is why we don't date evil blondes boy's." louis voice sneered.

"hi," i greeted as derek and harry joined all of us.

"i agree, i prefer a perfected blonde and black mixture." derek sided giving lacy a quick kiss before sitting next to her.

"and harry prefers brunettes. what a shame for you kate." louis sneered making us all laugh, as kate stormed off. "oh and he's not your harry, he's my harry." louis called after her.

"well that's a great way to start your saturday." harry said as he sat next to me.

"it's what i call perfect." i teased wrapping his arm around my shoulder. though i'm not sure who was most shocked by my action. me or him.
