*Harry's Pov*

what lay behind the door was a sight to be seen, not only did the library amaze, but the scattered mess of books and papers covering the floor was rare.

"it looks like a tornado hit the place." derek said looking around.

"or even worse, like louis' room." i commented, louis elbowing me hard. lacy chuckled at us before walking around the library.

"are you sure tyler said she was in here?" she asked.

"yeah." i nodded looking at the papers Sam had scattered everywhere. it looked like she had been drawing, though others were in some language i'd never understand.

"your girl is really into some twisted shit." louis commented looking through some of the books. we all gathered around him, seeing what he meant. without warning a loud creak pulled our attention to the second floor of the library. we all watched amazed as one of the bookcases creaked open, and Sam walked out carrying another book and pen. she had her hair pulled up, though a few rogue pieces fell into her face. she didn't notice us as she closed the bookcase once again.

"Hey!" lacy called out, obviously shocking her making her drop whatever book she had this time.

"jesus. you scared the shit out of me." she breathed making her way down to us.

"so just wondering but, where were you exactly?" derek asked.

"that's for me to know and you to guess." she responded.

*Sam's Pov*

all my notepads and books looked a lot weirder to them than it did to me, though i planned on just playing it all of in some way.

"i'm louis," a boy introduced himself. i smiled lightly at him, i knew it was bad to admit, but he was cute. i'll have to ask lacy later.

"anyway, what is all this?" lacy asked dragging me out of my thoughts.

"just brushing up on some things."

"brushing up? on voodoo? and magic principles?" louis countered, kind of shocking me. all my books were in latin or italian, so him being able to place them was incredible to me.

"how'd?"

"im fluent in many languages." he said cutting me off. "so gonna explain?"

"don't think i have too."

"really?" he said raising an eyebrow before continuing, "tuum a dolor puella, et non fatuus me. ideo dic quid agis retorta, opere tuo in mente." this boy had my mind reeling and it was kind of exciting. maybe i'd actually found someone useful.

*Harry's Pov*

i had no idea what louis was saying, but i was dying to know what it was when she responded.

"Im 'magicalis investigantibus frustrum enim conceptus sum operantes in. etsi invenio bellus es trying impetro via intus mentem ...." she smirked.

"ah so basicly you think i'm cute," louis smirked back. i was ready to swing at him for even going there.

"maybe, maybe not." she smiled piling her books back up before placing them on a table. by now i was dying to ask.

"what was all that?" i asked finally wrapping my arms firmly around her. she turned facing me before muttering the two words that sent shivers down my spin,

"It's latin."
