Kari's POV

I reach the restaurant Calum and I were suppose to meet at. Guessing by the emptiness of the restaurant, Calum had rented out the whole restaurant for us. I was escorted to a table where Calum was seated he looked so handsome.

Calum's POV

"Sir your date has arrived." one of the waiters said to me. I stood up from my table and watched her as she came closer and closer to me. Wow she was so beautiful. "Thank You" she giggled. I didn't know I had said that out loud but oh well it was the truth. We sat down and talk and laughed for what seemed like forever, but when I was with Kari it was worth it. Its now or never I thought to myself. Time to make your move.

"Kari you and I have known each other for a month or so now, and I really feel a connection to you. You're smart, funny, and absolutely beautiful." I started getting lost in her eyes. "And I feel in my heart that what we have between us is something real."

"I feel the same way Calum" she said I couldn't help but smile at her words.

"That's why I was wondering if you would do me the honor of being my girlfriend?" I asked. Seconds later her eyes lite up like a Christmas tree.

"Calum I would want nothing more than to be with you." I breath a sigh of relief and smiled. In background I could hear the quiet melodies of a song come on. I stood up and reached my hand out for Kari's "May I have this dance?" she smiled as I took her hand in mine. At that moment everything was perfect...
