1-My Life Changed Like That
I wake up staring at my ceiling. "Hello ceiling." I wake up and hop out of bed. I gets dressed and walks downstairs pouring myself a bowl of cereal. My sister Rose walks down and sits next to me "Mornin glory!" She says in her cheery voice. "Mornin!" I say. I finish eating and grab my purse. "Wait! I have a quick surprise for you!" I turn around and stare at her raising my eyebrow. "That is?" I say. I've always wanted to go to London. I got a job saving up money for a plane ticket hoping I could live there. I always dreamed of meeting One Direction there. They are my IDOLS. I love them with all my heart and soul. "I got us tickets to London!" I start screaming so loud I'm sure the whole town could hear me. "OH MY GOSH!" I start crying and sit down. I don't give a crap if I'm late for work. THIS is worth it. "I'm gonna get to meet One Direction! EEP!" I stand up and jump up and down. I go upstairs and start packing my cutest clothing, all of my makeup, and my special hair supplies. I gotta look perfect for One Direction. I finish packing three bags of supplies and bring them downstairs. "I'm ready to go!" Rose looks at me and starts giggling. "Oh Rai. I love you."
. We drive to the airport and check in. We go through security and go to our flight area. Our plane doesn't take off for another hour so we go across the huge hall and grab a bite at the Chilli's. Once we finish, we go back and just in time. Our plane is about to board. We hand them our tickets and walk on. I get on the plane and find the best spot. I sit down next to the window seat and pull out my IPod. This is going to be the trip of a life time. I open my eyes. I look at my surroundings and realize we're still on the plane. I must have fallen asleep. I look at the seat next to me and find Rose asleep as well. I giggle and look out the window. We're so high up! Suddenly, the speaker goes on filling the plane with the Captian' s words: "We're coming in for landing." I start squealing waking Rose up. "We're here! We're in London baby!" I watch the ground get closer and closer to us until we finally land. I stand up and grab our bags. I push the bag right in Rose's face and make my way to the exit. I start walking down the hall and get the boarding area. I sit down and wait for Rose a minute. She's really slow. "What took you so long Rose? Cute guy? Or a food stand?" I ask laughing to myself. "Both." She winks at me. "Oohhhlala your lucky today!" I smile. We grab your bags off of the luggage area and walk out. I pull out my phone and call my a taxi. Rose quickly took my phone and ended the call before anyone answered. "HEY!" I shout. "We won't be needing a taxi Rai." She says. "Why?" I ask. "The only reason I could afford this trip was because...... it's a family reunion and Auntie Sarah helped pay for it. I was gonna tell you but you we're so excited. But hey? We can still do all the things we wanted to!" I look at her pretending to be mad. I suddenly say, "No food stands or cute guys for the whole time we're here!" We both giggle. Rose calls Auntie Sarah to come pick us up. We get in her Honda and drive off. "It's been so long girls! How have you both been?" She asks. "Good. Rose gained a few pounds and I dropped a few since the last time we saw you!" I say looking proud for MY achievement. I look at Rose pretending to cry. "I'm so ashamed even though I needed to gain a few!" I laugh and look out the window. "These houses are so big!" I say, stating the obvious. Standered me. We finally stop at a huge mansion and walk inside. "WOW! This is as big as One Directions mansion!" Auntie Sarah laughs and has her butler, YES I said butler, take us to our rooms. Rose comes into my room about five minutes later. "Hey Rai, wanna go to a bar? No drinking, just messing with drunk guys." I laugh and accept. I'm always into stuff like that. "Dress pretty, we leave in 20." I pick out the cutest outfit I had, a short blue dress, white heels and some jewelry. I put my hair in a French braid and go down with my purse. I see Rose come down stumbling in the heels. I giggle as we get in the car and say "Nice move Sherlock, the guys will be all over you but leave when you start tripping them!" She laughs as I raise an eyebrow. Suddenly, I think to myself, "What if One Direction is there?" "Stay cool, is my best advice." Rose says. I hate when I say my thoughts out loud. We arrive at the bar and walk inside. Right away the guys start crawling over Rose but none even lay an eye on me. Wow, even drunk they're stupid. #TheMoreYouKnow. I walk over to the dance floor and suddenly a guy grabs my wrist and pulls me outside. He gets close enough to me that I can smell Vodka in his breathe. I can tell he had a lot. Good thing I didn't have any drinks or else we'd be off to his house for sex. I'm to young to get pregnant. And he wouldn't stick around. He was drunk, and that would be his excuse. I suddenly think back to the situation now. I push the guy off and try to run away. Failed Attempt. He grabs my wrist again and starts sucking my neck. Great, now Auntie Sarah is gonna ask why I have a hickey on my neck. I try to push the guy off. He must know I might escape so he throws me in the van. He continues to kiss me until it turns sexual. Then suddenly, One voice turns into five. They all start kicking the door until one of the guys can open it. Standing right in front of me, is Niall Horan and One Direction. I start freaking out. "Calm down Rai. Now's not the best time to be fangirling. I try to grab Niall' s hand to get out but the man has a strong grip. He pulls out a gun and aims it at the boys. I assume the police we're called and on their way. Suddenly I see sirens. Then I see blood, and then blackness.
. I wake up to white. I see a room of white. White bed, white walls, white machinery. I realize that I'm in a hospital. I look over and see another bed. One with a bloody Niall Horan on it. I expose my eyes, it's just a dream, it's just a dream. I open my eyes and look over again. Nope, nothing. Suddenly, the rest of the band, Auntie Sarah, and Rose walk in. Shit, Auntie is gonna freak. I say "Hey Auntie, Rose...." I give her a look saying Your in HUGE trouble. She mouths back to me, "Already know my punishment, your free to go." She raises an eyebrow and I feel guilty. The boys are all over Niall as if he were already dead. I bury my face into my hands and cry. Someone comes over and starts rubbing my back. I think it's Rose but when I look up, I see a Harry Styles. He nods at me and I hug him. "Thanks for saving my life." I say. Then I realize, One Direction is more than a boy band, their lifesavers, and they just saved my life. The paparazzi is gonna be all over them now.I stop hugging Harry and lay back down. My chest hurts like hell from the bullet. They pulled it out, but now I'm scares to change. I look over at the boys while they talk to Niall. I close my eyes and fall asleep to the soft beeps of the monitor. I wake up again and this time it's just me and Niall in the room. He wakes up a few minutes after I do and looks at me. "I never caught your name love?" Oh my gosh, Niall Horan is talking to me. Don't fangirl...... "It's Railey. But people call me Rai for short. "Nice to meet you love." Even at a time like this, there is still that bright smile on his face. "I'm sorry you had to suffer. He shouldn't have shot you. Or me." I stand up and slowly walk over to Niall. My chest still hurts like hell. Instead of bending over, I crouch down and hug Niall lightly. I give him a peck on the cheek and say "Thanks for saving my life." He smiles and blushes. "Any time love. I'll be your Hero." I blush and walk back to my bed. I just kissed Niall Horan. THE FUCKING NIALL HORAN. Rose is gonna freak! I close my eyes and watch the world slowly fade away. I smile and fall asleep. That peaceful sleep turned into a nightmare. I am in the van again. But this time, no one came to save me. "NIALL!" I scream. He doesn't come. I thought he said he was my hero.... The guy pulls out the same gun again and aims it right at my chest. He pulls the trigger and BAM! I wake up screaming and crying. I grab a tissue and wipe my eyes. Niall wakes up and says "What's wrong love?" He had that concerned look on his face, so I knew I had to tell him. I couldn't say nothing was up when I was screaming my lungs out and crying my eyes off. I tell him about the dream and he says "Don't worry, I'll be your hero. I'm not gonna let a pretty girl like you get treated like shit." I look down and blush. I think, "He thinks I'm pretty!" The doctor walks in and announces that Niall May go home, but I have to stay since the bullet hit my chest. Niall gets up and changes in the bathroom. He comes out gives me a hug goodbye and says "I'll text you tomorrow." I smile and nod. He leaves the room and I go to the window
. I see him walk to a grey fancy car and drive off. I lay down and sigh. I pull out my phone and text Rose that I, Rai Collen kissed THE Niall Horan. She texts back in caps. I know that means shes screaming head off. I laugh and put my phone away. I fall asleep dreaming about Niall.
. The next morning, the doctor walks in saying I may leave. I chant and change. I quickly grab my bag and get the heck out of there. I hope I never have to go there again! I wait for Rose to pick me up and we drive home. Auntie Sarah greets me with a huge hug being careful of my chest and brings me up to my room. I throw my bag on my shelf and go down to watch TV. I turn on Hollywire Hotminute on my kindle during the commercial and see they are talking about how 1D saved the "Mystery Girls Life." I look at the comments seeing all positives thank gosh. Some say God bless them or Glad they saved someone's life hope the girl is ok. I smile at how supportive my fellow 1D fans are. I get a text from Niall.
Niall:Wanna come over?
Me:Sure, can Rose come?
Niall:Sure! Here's the adress: --------
Me: Kay. Be there in 20! :)
Niall: Alrighty! Bye love!

I convince Rose to come and we get in her car. We arrive at the address and see it is a huge mansion. My mouth drops and I ring the doorbell. Niall opens the door and says "Hey Rai. Is this Rose?" I reply, "The sister or the flower?" He laughs and says "Well come on in." We walk in and right away I see Rose connect eyes with Zayn. "Um.. Hi." She says. "VAS HAPPENIN ;)" He replies. They start flirting with each other and I roll my eyes. I sit down next to Niall and Liam. NIALL turns on the big screen TV and plays Toy Story 2. "Hell yeah!" I shout. I start fist pumping the air and Liam joins in. Soon we have the whole group fist pumping for no reason. We all laugh and start watching the movie. I yell "LET THEM GO INSPECTOR D:" At the part where he won't let Woody leave through the air vent. I pretend to cry and Liam comforts me. He looks over at Rose who's cuddling with Zayn. They hit it off fast. I see his face slightly frown but shake it off. I let go of him and rest my head on my knees. When they get to the part where Woody and Jessie dance, I standup playing as Jessie, dancing all crazy. "YEEEEE HAWWWW!" I shout. Liam stands up and plays as Woodie. "Bullseye, Jessie, don't worry you'll love it here!" I giggle and grab Liam' s hand and start swinging him around. We both fall on the floor laughing and stand up. Niall says "Who wants NANDOS!" I yell, "I do!" We all pile into the limo and go to NANDOS. We sit down and order. I eat my meal and smile. "BEST NANDOS EVER!" I shout. While everyone finishes eating, I go on my Twitter and see somehow I now have 1 million followers. I look at mentions and see people figured out I was Mystery Girl. I see a lot of positive tweets saying Glad your Ok or Im happy you healed, glad they caught the bad guy. I see a few negatives though. I wish 1D didn't save you and the guy raped ans killed you! Or You slut, you probably paid the guy to rape you just for 1D to save you. I tweet back some of the positives and tweet those two negatives. The first one I tweeted: "Thanks. Maybe you'll get raped and will die cause the Wanted isn't gonna be there for you." The second one I tweeted: ".O. How did you know? *sarcasm*" I then tweet: "Thanks for all the Glad your Ok. For the negatives, please STOP hating. #NoOneNeedsHate." Within minutes, My hashtag was on the top 10. I smile and put my phone away. It's my life, I can do whatever I want to.
