It's been a month now. I still can't believe that this is happening. It feels like a nightmare that I can't wake up from. I have no parents any more. They turned on the second day. So now it's just Kami, James, and I, well and our puppy,Jacob
I woke up in a tree. Yep. We are trying to get to the safe city in Chicago, so we have been bouncing around for a week now. I on my left James is in another tree and to my right Kami and Jacob are in a tree. I am about 15 feet up, so I climb down a little further and jump. Owww, as always I landed on my butt. I start packing up the stuff left on the ground as I hear James get down. " how can you get up so early?" He asked. " I have to clean up and kill any of them." I said. Kami then came down with the puppy. I hear leaves crumple in the distance and I raise my bow. I sling the sheath of arrows onto my shoulder. " I'm gonna go check that out, turn on the walkie talkie." I say to James. I start to head over to the noise. I have to watch my footing because I set up snares to catch some walkers. I was caught off guard when I saw 5 snares had been set off. I look and saw 5 boys hanging upside down.
