"Hey K wazzap?" She asked.

"UGH so first of all Mike stole my posters and deleted all the pictures of us and the boys last night off my phone and laptop then I tried to get my dad to make him give it back but he was being difficult too and I don't have time for their shit today because I need to get ready for my date with Harry" I ranted.

"Woah woah woah, slow down there speedy Gonzales! First of all, who's Harry and is he hot? Second of all, who are the boys and what happened last night? and third of all, what posters are you talking about?" Not her too! What is going on with everyone today? What is it, piss off Karen day or something? I guess I never got the memo.

"Harry Styles from One Direction, the world famous boyband made up of the 5 hottest guys on the planet that we met last night? I had posters of them in my room until Mike stole them? What is going on with everyone today? I've had this conversation like twice today!"

"Ok I am so confused right now, who the fuck are One Direction?" She asked.

"Look them up I'm so not explaining that again" I said in an annoyed tone.

"Ok ok ok I'm looking them up now..."

She was humming while logging into her laptop and waiting for the internet to load.

"Should I use images?"
"Yea sure" I said, still pretty aggravated that even my best friend was pissing me off.

"K there is nothing but arrows here, are you high or something?" She asked.

"What the fuck?! I'll check my tumblr and twitter" I said while looking up the websites. "What the hell?!"

"What? What's wrong?" She asked desperately.

"It wont let me log in that's so weird. I'll check instagram" I said putting her on speaker so I could go on IG. I tried to log into my !D account but it didn't work so I logged into my personal and looked up 'One Direction' in the hash tags.

"Oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god" I repeated in shock".

"Karen what's going on" Kristy asked worriedly while I desperately looked up different names and accounts on instagram.

"No no no no no no no no no no no no no this can't be real this can't be happening!" I exclaimed, basically in tears.

"K WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!" Kristy yelled into the phone.

"They aren't real..." I whispered. "K, what year is it?" I asked.

"2013 why?" She asked.

"I gotta go" I said quickly before hanging up. I went straight onto youtue and looked up "Harry styles X Factor audition" and nothing came up. I looked up "Louis Tomlinson X Factor Audition" and nothing came up. I looked up Zayn and Niall's and nothing was there. Finally I looked up Liam's and his audition and a few videos from 2008 were there but nothing from 2010. I looked up 'Louistomlinson07' and Louis's account with videos of him in his school's version of 'Grease' and some other videos were there but nothing about the x factor. I looked up 'White Eskimo' and there were videos of Harry singing at a wedding and what looked like a school dance were there but nothing from the X Factor. So these people exist but they don't know each other...

'I'm 18' I thought 'I can leave home if I want to, I have money from when mum died' I thought. After 10 minutes of debating what I should do I started packing a bag.

I was going to put One Direction together.
