Take Away My Fears

I looked through the crowd for her, my eyes searching every person. I saw Harry and ran to him. "Have you seen her?" I asked, out of breath. He nodded and pointed to the dance floor where a small aisle was forming to Azinilia. She stood in front of me, sparkling in a golden dress. A tiara rested on her head and I smiled as I made my way towards her.

"My princess." I whispered as I approached, holding my hand out to her. She smiled at the floor, a blush apparent on her cheeks as I pulled her in, swinging her across the dance floor. I lifted her up and spun her around, loving the way the light made her sparkle in front of me.

The whole room was made for this moment and I set her down gently, shifting so I was down on one knee. I slipped the ring out of my pocket and said the words I'd been wanting so long to say. "Marry me." A simletanious gasp rippled through the crowd and you could feel the tension as the whole room awaited her answer. She bent down so her mouth was next to my ear, her hot breath tickling me.

"Louis, wake up." Her voice said, sounding musical in my ears. My face twisted slightly and a small forced laugh choked out. She said it again and I turned my head slightly to stare at her smug face.

"What?" I asked dumfounded and she just stared at me blinking dumbly before repeating herself, this time though my body started to shake violently and my eyes opened to find Harry and the boys standing over me, shouting at me to wake up.

"Morning sunshine. Nice of you to finally decide to join us on planet reality." Zayn said, grabbing my hand and yanking me up. I stared at the clock to see it reply that it was much earlier in the morning then it should be for me to be awake. "Now get dressed, we've got to get you ready to tell Azi the news!" Zayn said and I shook my head.

"What news? What are you guys even talking about?" I questioned them all and they just rolled their eyes while running around my room, throwing clothes and underwear and shoes at me. I repeated my question, a lot louder and if I may say so myself, a lot more demanding.

They all stopped what they were doing and stared at me. "You, my friend, are going to ask her to be your girlfriend. If she says yes, you are then going to proceed to ask her to go on tour with us. We're all bringing the ladies." Liam said and the boys nodded, all except Niall and Harry, who looked like they'd just been kicked.

I nodded and went into the bathroom to change. I pulled on the clothes they gave me, buttoning up my shirt before looking in the mirror and fixing my shirt and hair. They're right, I have to look perfect for this.

I peeked my head out the door, looking at all the boys and clearing my throat as I entered my room. "What are we going to do with Alice?" I asked and they laughed, looking at eachother.

"Well if Azi says yes then she's obviously coming too! Who needs Alex to be a family, you'll be presenting your own family on the red carpet!" Harry said, jumping up at the last part. I shook my head, instinctively scratching my nape.

"Okay. Well, better get me ready then." I said and the boys smiled, fussing around like a pack of girls the whole time. Liam's phone rang, to signal that it was time to wake up Azi and ask her the question.

I stood up off my bed and walked out the door, going over to her room. I looked into the room seeing Azi laying alone, and remembering something about Alice sleeping over at a new friend from school's house. I walked up to her and gently shook her awake, her eyes fluttering open.

~Azi's Point of View~

I looked up out of my sleep to see Louis sitting over me, shaking me gently. I grabbed his hand to indicate I was awake and he could stop and he looked at me, a small smile on his face.

"Morning." I croaked and he laughed at my groggieness. I swatted my hand at him and missed, he grabbed it and intwined his fingers through it, causing me to smile as I yawned and stretched out as much as I could with him holding my hand.

"Morning beautiful." He said kissing my forehead as I shifted so I was sitting up. "I have a question for you." He said, letting go of my hand to rub the nape of his neck. "I wanted to know, if you, you know, would be my g-g-girlfriend." He said, stuttering a little as he made his way through the sentence.

He'll leave on a tour, or a concert, or a gig, and cheat on you. And guess where you'll be? With your baby at home, struggling to get by. My mother's words popped back in my head from when I was a kid, before she married my dad. My real father had been in a big rock band and had left her for someone half his age.

I shook my head, a tear rolling down my cheek. "It's just too big a risk, with you and me having to be apart all the time. You'll have tours and concerts and screaming fangirls, throwing their bras, their underwear, themselves at you." I said and he looked at me, a glint of happiness in his eye.

"And that's why I want you to come on tour with me." He said and I looked at him shocked. This was like a dream, or a dream of a dream. I shurgged and just stared at him. I couldn't even process this. He nudged me, bringing me back to earth. "Well?" He pushed on.

"Okay." I whispered, letting a smile take over my face. He jumped up, fist pumping the air. The boys all came in the room, goofy smiles on all their faces as Louis jumped onto my bed, tickling me.

"She said yes!" The boys all cheered and joined in on the tickle-Azi-party. We laughed and laid in my bed planning things until I looked at the clock, realizing I had to get Alice.

This time. Maybe we could really be a family.
