“Malley get out of my suitcase! I’m trying to pack,” I said as I picked up my kitten and placed him on the bed. I leave to go visit Harry tomorrow morning, and I was trying to get all my things packed.

“Kat! Where are you?” I heard my brother yell into my home after opening and closing the door.

“Bedroom!” I hollered back, loud enough so he could hear me. I continued to fold my clothes and place them in my bag, when Todd walked in and threw a pile of envelopes in my suitcase. “I know, you don’t have to say it. I always forget to grab my mail.”

“There’s two weeks of mail in there, Kat. You’ve GOT to be more responsible about these things. There is TWO weeks of bills in there,” Todd lectured to me as he sorted through my mail.

“Okay, dad. I’ll work on it,” I told him, while rolling my eyes, and deciding on which shoes I wanted to bring.

“Whatever. Why do you have so many post cards from Harry?” Todd asked and when I turned to look at him he was holding up about fourteen post cards and I quickly snatched them out of his hands.

“I forgot about these! Harry sends me one from every city he visits,” I smiled as I looked through them and pulled out the one from the last city he was in.

Can’t wait to see you in just one day.

Pack some going out clothes, time to show these clubs how to really party.

I smiled at the sloppy handwriting before sliding my thumb over the “XO”. As of lately I’ve come to accept the fact that I’m beginning to develop feelings for the stupid brit. But, I’m not going to act on them because I don’t want to be with someone who is so popular throughout the world. I just wouldn’t be able to handle the publicity that I would receive for being his girlfriend, I can barely handle it now and I’m just his friend.

“Why?”

“I don’t really know. It all started after we met and he was over in Europe. He’d send me them, he just feels like it I guess,” I told Todd as I walked over to my dresser and placed the post cards in the box that held previous cards from Harry, with Todd following me.

“Holy shit, Kat. You have almost 100 post cards from him. I don’t think he does them because he feels like it,” Todd commented as he picked up all the post cards and looked through them.

“What are you trying to say, Todd?” I asked as I walked to grab a couple of dresses that would be night club appropriate, and folded them before placing them in my bag.

“I’m saying he likes you,” Todd said as he read one of the post cards Harry sent me from his hometown, Holmes Chapel.

“Todd, don’t be ridiculous. Harry doesn’t like me,” I told him as I finished putting all my belongings into my bag and zipped it shut.

“He does too, why else would he send you a post card from his home town or London? The two places of which he lives or used to live.”

“Because he’s my friend, Todd! He’s taking me on this journey with him but through post cards. Now stop being such a dick and collect Malley’s things over there in the corner.” I grabbed my cat and gave him a few hundred kisses on his head before placing him in his cat carrier.

“I’m right you know. I know these things, I can sense these things, it’s my sixth sense to be able to tell when someone likes my baby sister as more than a friend,” Todd said as we both walked out of my house and to his car where I placed Malley in the front seat and Todd placed Malley’s things in his back seat.

“Stop being so ridiculous. Harry and I are just friends and that is all we will ever be. Now I’ll see you in the morning to take me to the airport,” I told Todd as I hugged him goodbye.

Just as I walked into my house my phone started to vibrate from inside the pocket of my sweatpants, I pulled it out and instantly a smile appeared on my face as I slid my thumb across the screen and placed the phone to my ear.

“Why hello there,” I greeted Harry through the phone, and his response was a hearty laugh.

“Hi,” he simply said. “How are you?”

“Great, I just finished packing and pawned Malley off on Todd. Thanks for all the post cards by the way,” I said as I walked into my room and fell backwards onto my bed.

“Just now checking your mail? You know I send one every day,” Harry reminded me with a playful tone to his voice.

“Actually, Todd checked it for me. I always forget about my mail.”

“How responsible of you,” Harry joked and I couldn’t help but laugh either. “Are you ready for what’s to happen these next couple of days?”

“That makes me scared to come out and see you now. What are you going to do? Rape me?” I teased and heard Harry laugh, which made my heart fill with feelings.

“I wouldn’t give you the proper tour visit if I didn’t rape you, love. Come on now.” I couldn’t help but laugh at his answer and blush for some odd reason. Picturing myself sleeping with Harry would be nice, I mean, have you seen him? He’s flawless.

“It’s not rape if I like it,” I responded strongly, hoping it came off as a joke instead of something that I would actually enjoy.

“You wouldn’t like it, you would love it. I’m Harry fuckin’ Styles, every lass wants to jump into bed with me.”

“Harry, shut up before you are forced to get out of your bunk because your head gets too big,” I joked while playing with a loose piece of thread on my sweatpants.

“Oh whatever. Look I’ve got to go, I just wanted to call and see if you actually packed yet or not. I smell and need to shower before we get on the road,” Harry, sadly, said.

“Okay, I’ll see you tomorrow then!” I happily replied.

“Tomorrow, love,” Harry said before we ended the call. After I put my phone down I felt some sort of soreness in my cheeks and when I looked in the mirror across from my bed I noticed I never stopped smiling throughout that entire conversation.
