In With The New

goodbye forever, i think.

I woke up with pain all over.
Especially my stomach.
It wasn’t that time of the month.
It was bruised.
I know I should go to a doctor, but I rather not.
I just wanna forget about everything.
I sat up in bed and decided to watch some E! TV.
Celeb gossip, great.
I then decided it was best to check my phone.
I had so much text messages from persons about last night.
“Dani: Are you ok????”
“El: Babe, I miss you!”
“Perrie: I’m truly sorry about this, is there some way we could talk?”
“Harry: Why didn’t you tell me about any of this?????”
“Oh maybe because you were too busy with that blonde?” I muttered to myself, and then rolled my eye.
“Zayn: Cairo, I can’t tell you how sorry I am, I really am, could we talk please?”
I felt the tears at the brim of my eyes.
“Noa: Girl! You have so much shit to talk about to me!”
I laughed, I loved Noa so much, sigh.
I decided to delete all the messages and call Noa.
“I sent this text like four hours ago Cai, what the hell, are you just waking up? Do you not know it’s two in the afternoon?” she sounded like mom.
“Shut up!” I began laughing, “What do you want?”
“Can’t I just call my sister to tell her how much I love her?”
“Um, no” I knew she was up to something.
“So, two invitations for you and I came in the mail yesterday to go to the Teen Choice Awards next Sunday.....” she began.
“And?”
“Can we please please go, daddy said it’s up to you!”
I sighed, “Fine, as long as he buys the plane tickets”
“First class baby!” she shouted in the phone. “Why didn’t you tell me about you and 1D?”
“Noa I really don’t wanna talk about this right now!” I said sounding stern.
“Fine, it would be good to know that you’re all over twitter!” the phone line went dead when she said this.
I hit my head back on the bed head and focused my eyes onto the TV.
“Harry Styles found leaving Niall’s party with blonde, just another One Night Stand or a keeper? We’ll find out after this break!”Giuliana Rancic announced.
I groaned at this, then turned the TV off.
I decided to get myself a smoothie because my mouth was in too much pain for me to even be chewing.
I found an unusual duffel bag on my sofa, I opened it slowly with all these thoughts running through my mind.
What if it’s a bomb?
I sighed of relief because it was just Lucy’s bag, I should probably get that to her.
While sipping on my smoothie, I realised how quiet the house was so I turned the TV on.
Great.
It was on E!
I saw Harry and the blonde holding hands.
Jealousy was attacking me.
“So the young and hot Harry Styles was caught leaving Niall’s surprise party that his friends and family had planned for him, with a mysterious blonde! Wasn’t he just with Cairo Hilton just a week ago, he is on a r-“ I changed the channel.
No more.
I decided to call Lucy.
“Hey Cairo, Are you okay? I’ve been worried!” she did sound genuinely concerned.
“I’m fine, I’m fine.” I lied, but gave her a soft chuckle,”Um, you left your bag here, do you want me to come by and drop it off?”
“Yeah, sounds great, I’ll just text you the address.” She sounded excited.
“Alright, see you in an hour.”
I had a quick shower.
When I came out, I looked in the mirror.
I looked awful.
I could see handprints in my face.
I had black-blue spots on my neck.
My stomach looked like an awful painting.
Fresh, hot tears running down my face.
Don’t worry Cairo, they will be out of your life.
I went to put some clothes on.
I could care how I look right now.
I got on a pair of leather jeggings and my army colour long sleeve button down shirt.
I then got my simple black flats on and slung my MK shoulder bag around me.
I applied some concealer on my face to hide all the bruises.
I slipped my hair into a messy bun and got my sunglasses on.

While walking down to my car, my phone vibrated.
A text from Noa.
“Noa: YOU’RE TRENDING 3 DIFFERENT TIMES ON TWITTER!”
“Me:ok...”
I got in my car and I went on twitter.

Wow.
I decided to send out a tweet, the fans must be confused.
“@QueenCairo: Hey guys, there’s nothing going on between Harry and I, aha xx”
My phone was now flooded with mentions.
I just put up my phone and headed out.

I arrived at Lucy’s flat.
It wasn’t that far.
I took the elevator up and I knocked at the door where.
A cheerful Niall answered the door.
“Cairo!” He threw his hands up for a hug.
“Hey Niall” I gave him a soft smile.
He stepped to the side motioning me to come in.
He then took Lucy’s bag from me and led me to the living room.
There sat all of One Direction.
I was about to have a heart attack.
I felt it was better to have a heart attack.
At least I’d be dead.
I won’t have to see them.
“CAIRO!” they all shouted in unison.
Except for Harry.
He just sat there staring.
El had got up to run and hug me.
I yelped in pain.
“I’m really sorry!” her eyes slightly sadden.
“No, um, that’s fine, I just came to drop off Lucy’s bag, i’ll b-“ I was cut off my Zayn.
He started coming towards me, I was trembling in fear.
“Can we talk?” he held my wrist pulling towards the kitchen.
“No, if we talk, we talk in front of everyone.” I said sternly looking straight into his eyes.
I went to find a space beside Louis and Lucy.
Harry was beside Louis, I could see him through my field of vision just staring at me with a bit of anger in his eyes.
“Cairo, I’m re-“ I cut Zayn off.
“Why did you do it?” I asked looking at the ground, I just didn’t have the strength to look him in my eyes.
“Are you sure you want to hear?” He asked, my head still on the ground.
“I wouldn’t have asked now would I?” I asked, Louis beside me laughing but El shot him a glare.
“So, um you remember Steve?” I nodded, “Well, he told me about some things you had done and Cairo, trust me, it hurt me so bad and I just wanted you to feel the pain you had caused me and I re-“
“What things did he tell you Zayn?” I cut him off once again, looking up and resting my back on the sofa.
I cross my leg over the over and crossed my arms over my chest.
“He told me that” he paused,” Well that he took your virginity and you know we had a promise that once you turned 16 and you know.”
I let out a hysterical laugh,” Wow, I mean did you ever think, hey let me ask Cairo before making any assumptions or even abusing her, and you know what’s funny about this? I lost it last year, when I turned eighteen thinking, hey maybe one day, just one day Zayn would come back and apologise about all this!” I shouted.
“Bu-“He began, but I cut in.
“No, you know what’s shitty about all of this? When you abused me the night of our break up, do you know how much lies I had to tell just so you could be safe? And then three years later we see each other and you think oh let me send her death threats every day to expect the fucking unexpected! Then beat me, almost killing me the night of your best mate’s party, just because you want me to feel fucking pain, didn’t you think what you did the night we broke up was enough Zayn?” I was upset, tears were running down my face, my makeup was beginning to be ruined, I hadn’t even realized I was on my feet.
“So you lied to me.” That wasn’t Zayn’s voice, it was Harry’s.
I turned on my heel looking at Harry, “Excuse me?”
Harry got up and he was just about two inches away from my face, “I asked you almost every day if you were communicating with Zayn, if everything was okay with you and you fucking lied to me” Harry’s hands hand clench into a fist by his sides.
“C’mon mate!” Liam tried pulling Harry back but he yanked his hands from Liam’s pull and came back closer to me.
“Harry, stop, it’s not like you care about me anyways, it wouldn’t matter, you got what you wanted from me, sex, aren’t you happy enough?” I asked him, I swallowed the lump in my throat.
“AHA! I KNEW THEY WERE FUCKING!” Louis shouted.
Everyone turned to give him glares, except for Harry and I.
“I don’t care about you?” he laughed to himself, he then threw his hands in the air, “What would make you think about that Cairo?”
“Well, I guess you haven’t been on the internet for a while.” I took out my phone and showed him all the trends and tweets people were sending us both. “Want to know the best part?” I opened the picture of him and the blonde leaving together hand in hand.
“I thought so.” Was all I could say to him, before he exited the living room and went to the kitchen with both El and Lou chasing after him.
“Well, it was nice knowing you all, it’s been a great week.” I said smiling at each and everyone, except for Zayn.
“Wait Cairo” Zayn began to protest.
“Zayn, it’s okay, I understand you’re sorry, I get it.” I told him.
I went over to the couch where Dani and Liam were sat. “Guys, it was really nice knowing you! You are both great persons.” I hugged them.
Dani began saying something but I blocked her out.
I went over to Lucy and Niall, they were both sad, I could see it in their eyes, but what has to be done, has to be done, I gave them both a hug.
I went to Perrie, trying my best to avoid Zayn.
“Perrie, thank you for saving me last night, you’re awesome.” She grabbed me into a hug.
“Please don’t leave, we like you” she began whispering in my ears.
“I like you guys too but I’m sorry, I have to.” I pulled away.
I went to Zayn, just out of respect, “Well, you don’t have to worry about me again, I’m out of your life, I won’t rub off on anyone now” I gave him a soft smile and held out my hands for him to shake it.
He then stood up and pulled me into a hug.
What the hell..
I missed these hugs so much.
I let go.
I headed to the kitchen where I heard shouting.
“Uhm, I’m leaving for good, so this is the last we make actually see each other and actually talk, bye guys.” El pulled me into a hug and it seemed like she was crying.
“I’ll miss you!” she whispered into my ears.
“I’ll miss you too”
I made my way over to Louis.
“Goodbye Loubear!” I pulled him in for a hug.
“Goodbye Ms. Hotel.” I could help but laugh.
I looked at Harry and then I was heading out.
I didn’t say a word to him.
No.
It hurt.
But what has to be done.
