Chapter 47
Alyssa's P.O.V.

Jenna must've thought the same thing because she had dressed similar to me. Paul was meeting us at the lads house, so of course we walked again. Maybe in a couple days I would do a driving test, and try to get my driver's license.
When we finally arrived, I saw an unfamiliar car parked in the driveway, must be Paul's. I rung the doorbell and was greeted by Liam. "Hi guys." Liam mumbled. I waved and walked inside with Jenna. I saw the lads sitting with Paul at the table in the kitchen. They were whispering to him and then Paul noticed us.
"Hello girls!" Paul exclaimed. I smiled warmly and Jenna replied "Hi Paul." We shook hands and sat down at the table with the boys.
"So we need to talk." Paul began. "I don't know what happened, but something has been going on between the girls and you boys. It is not helping the girls, Jenna and Alyssa. And it is definitely not helping with the boys attitude. So I want some info on what has been happening the past couple weeks."
I nodded and so did Jenna. Everyone looked around at each other, waiting for someone to speak up. Finally Jenna spoke.
"I'll start it off. So I am in a relationship with Zayn, we have been dating for a couple months now. I come here to find out he was cheating on me with another girl. The lads knew about it, but didn't tell me, which made me even more pissed."
Paul nodded and looked at Zayn. "Is that true Zayn? Did you cheat on Jenna?"
Zayn looked down for a few seconds before shamefully nodding his head. Paul looked devastated. "Ok Zayn. Can you tell me why you cheated on Jenna?"
Zayn thought for a minute before responding "I don't know! Paul, you know I can be weird and different sometimes. I don't know what got into me. I guess this girl was hot and I was attracted to her. I don't know Paul."
Paul nodded and then looked directly at me. "Have you been in a relationship with any of the boys? I know you are in one with Harry now, right?"
Right now? No I wasn't. "Well, Harry and I were dating for about a month and a half before we decided we weren't meant to be." I murmured.
Then Paul began to talk to the other boys about how they need to move on and don't let this bring down their attitude. Jenna and I walked back home and went into the apartment.
Once we entered our place, Jenna asked "So when are your parents coming? They were supposed to come like 3 weeks ago."
Right! How did I forget! "Let me call my dad and ask when they are coming." I replied. I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and dialed my father's number.
It rang like twice before my dad answered sadly "Hello? Alyssa?"
"Hi Dad! When are you and mom coming?" I asked excitedly. There was silence before I heard some noises that sounded like crying on the other line.
"I don't think, your mother is coming to visit...." My father trailed off. She's not coming? Why?
"Why not dad?" I asked filled with curiosity.
More silence. "Your mother...died...in a car accident last week." He mumbled. I broke down in tears.
"No!" I shouted. I hung up and ran to my room, locking the door and wanting to be alone.
Jenna banged on the door and yelled "Alyssa? What's wrong?"
I cried on my bed for a good 20 minutes until I finally gave in and let Jenna enter my room.
"Last week, my m-mom, died in a c-car a-a-ac-ident." I stuttered in between sniffs and tears.
Jenna looked shocked and held me tightly. I felt like my whole world was crashing. Like I was falling through a dark hole. I felt horrible and useless.
