Zayn’s p.o.v
I woke up the next morning and one thought crossed my mind straight away the full moon is tonight, I bet the boys are going to love me today because like every full moon werewolves tend to be angry and on edge and to top it off we have a interview at 11 o clock and I have to be ready for half 9, and it is 9am great I have half an hour to get ready. I hopped in the shower and but I didn’t wash my hair once I got out I sorted my hair out and then put my clothes on and grabbed my phone and headphones and grabbed my wallet in case I needed any money and I put my shoes on and I looked at the time 9:29 one minute to spare.
“Zayn hurry up Paul is here.” Liam shouted and I walked out of the room.
“chill out Liam I’m ready.” I said.
“so you are how are you feeling today?” Liam asked.
“I’m surprisingly good.” I said.
“so you’re not feeling angry?” Louis said.
“not really.” I said and I walked out of the door and into a lift with everyone once we were out of the lift we walked through the main lobby and there was a huge crowd outside great lots of screaming girls. I walked through the doors and I was the second one In the line because we had a small gap to get through, Niall was behind me and Harry was in front of me we got half way and Niall stood on the back of my shoe.
“NIALL WATCH WHERE YOUR GOING” I shouted over the fans.
“sorry Zayn.” Niall said.
“maybe you’re not angry but you’re sure on edge.” Harry said.
“don’t start being cocky Harry.” I said.
“I’m not being cocky.” Harry said getting into the car and we all followed.
“has anyone got any pain killers?” I asked.
“Here Zayn.” Paul said. and I took two painkillers.
“so why did you need painkillers?” Rachel asked.
“my head hurts.” I said.
“it’s the moon effecting you.” Rachel said.
“the moon?” Paul asked he would hear wouldn’t he.
“well didn’t you know that full moons I’m not sure what it is, but they effect certain people’s emotions when the moon comes up or on the day, usually each full moon effects a zodiac sign because of the planet alignment.” Rachel said I know it was a complete lie but at least it was a good lie.
“ok then.” Paul said.
“that was close Rach.” I whispered.
“I know.” Rach said we arrived at the interview place and we all got out of the car and rushed into the building, we got onto the second floor and I stopped at a window and looked out there were loads of fans screaming I gripped my head because the screams went straight through me and they seemed so much louder than usual.
“you do know that all of your senses are going to be heightened today.” Rachel said to me.
“really?” I said agitated.
“yeah so your hearing will be more sensitive at times and so will you smell and touch, well basically just everything, you will be fine.” Rach said.
“well that’s if I can handle the girls screams.” I said.
“you will now we really need to go before they leave without us.” Rachel said we both ran up to the rest of our group and made our way to hair and makeup and then we will go to the stage for our live interview.
We were sitting around for half an hour and I watched as lots of fans came in and they were all talking really loudly it made my head hurt. I was at the side of the stage watching as the interviewer came out and introduced us so we went up there and sat down on the settee, and of course lots of girls screamed and I was pretty sure my head was about to explode.
“ok so I’m going to start off with the number one question, what happened last week you cancelled a week of shows and Niall wasn’t seen by anyone so what happened?” the interviewer said.
“we cancelled a week of shows as Niall was very ill he was very bad, that he wouldn’t eat anything and if he did he was sick and he could barely get out of bed.” Liam said.
“but as you can see I’m back to normal.” Niall said and the crowd cheered for him.
The woman asked a few more questions, but I just stayed quiet I couldn’t really be bothered to answer questions.
“ok so again everyone wants to know who has girlfriends?” the interviewer said I wasn’t actually paying attention I was zoned out.
“Zayn, Zayn earth to Zayn.” The interviewer said.
“what.” I said confused.
“I said are you and Perrie not together anymore?” the interviewer said.
“we are together.” I said.
“so why didn’t you raise your hand when I asked who had girlfriends.” The interviewer said.
“I zoned out sorry.” I said my head started to hurt again and I leant forward and and put my head into my hands.
“Zayn are you ok.” Niall said.
“my head hurts again.” I said the interview dragged by and by the end I could feel my head was ready to explode but once it was over we had a break for 2 hours or something to relax and I can’t wait I just need to get rid of this headache..
we all went back to the hotel apart from Harry he went off somewhere I’m not sure where but he needed to be alone, but I don’t blame him.
“ok Zayn are you sure you will be fine tonight you have been off all day.” Rachel said.
“I should be I mean my head isn’t hurting anymore and I don’t feel as angry this time.” I said
“but your temper is still there you have been on edge all day.” Rachel said.
“well we will just have to find out and see.” I said loudly and I walked out of the room and slammed the door, why won’t they just drop the subject.
*later that night at the concert*
Our concert just started and I didn’t feel my best I had a constant feeling in my stomach that something bad was going, but I could only think it will be me, maybe I will end up shifting on stage or maybe Niall will let the blood lust go to him, but us two it will be one of us to ruin tonight but all bets are on me as Niall had 5 blood bags before the concert, at least he can stop it.
It got half way through the show and we were doing twitter questions and my phone buzzed in my pocket, I must have forgot to leave it in the dressing room, I looked at it and the notification said, full moon, I guess I set that for to tell me when the moon will be at its highest and I’m guessing that’s now. I sat on the stairs as the boys were talking and I felt very nervous now, what happens if any moment now I change. Ok I just need to focus and not let myself change. I thought to myself.
“are you ok?” Louis said.
“the moons at it’s highest now I could change any moment.” I said making sure my microphone wasn’t near me.
“are you feeling anything like the last moon.” Louis said.
“no I just feel nervous I don’t think I can do it.” I said.
“you can, now come on take part in the questions otherwise people will know something is up with you.” He said and we went over to everyone else and joined in. we started our next song which was on the stage that moves over head and we would be singing moments, but I started to walk up to it and I froze.
“zayn come on.” Liam said I looked down and I looked back up I bet they could tell I was In pain because I could tell I was in a lot of it my body felt like I was burning. Louis walked down to me and whispered in my ear.
“your eyes are gold, Zayn control it.”
I can’t I need to get off stage before someone sees me change, I will be back soon.” I said and ran off stage once I got off stage I ran to the dressing room and locked the door it wasn’t as painful changing but it still hurt a lot and it made me fall to the floor, I knew it would be me.
