Jessica's POV
I got into wrighting and saw Ethan.He smiled and waved.I sat by him.
"How's the swap for you?"He asks.
I reply with,"It's been hard.Your math,your science,your geography...it's all impossible! how's it going for you?"
"Not sure..your friends,Ash and Mary,say I have to go through the same challenges as you.What's that about?"He says.
My stomach does a flip.Ethan can never put up with that pressure and he can't put up with all of the 'challenges' my friends make up when new people join our tiny group.the broken glass challenge,the boiling water challenge,and,worst of all,the all nighter.The all nighter is where you stay in the woods,alone,with nothing but a sleeping bag and your clothes.Now comes for the bad part.My friends place them around newborn bear cubs or wolf pups.All of them are fast enough...barley.Ethan could never escape the bear!

I asked Jessica about the challenges,but she just got this really worried look on her face.I decided to leave her alone about it.The teacher came in and we had to wright a fictional essay about unicorns.Wierd.I got a 100 and so did Jessica.Me and jessica sat together on the bus on the way home.,
