Chapter 12
**Abbie's POV**
I walked into my first class, advanced Language Arts. I start looking around for a place to sit. I see Liam sitting alone in the back and make my way over to him. "Hey!" I said leaning into hug and kiss him. "Umm hey. What are you doing?" He asked holding out his hands to stop me. "Liam who's this?" Some boys behind us say in a teasing way. "This is Louis' little sister. We're friends I guess." He said shrugging. "Get out of the way." I heard Tiffany say from behind. She then pushed me out of the way and sat next to Liam. I felt tears building up in my eyes and walked up to the front of the room by Ricky. "What's wrong?" He asked me. "Nothing." I say and try to ignore the people who are talking and laughing about me.
I walk out of Language Arts and start to walk towards Louis' classroom. "Hey Abbie wait!" I hear someone call and turn around. I see Ricky and walk up to him. "What's up?" I ask him. "Well I was just wondering if I could have your number?" He asks nervously. I smile and give him my number. As I was walking to my next class I felt someone push me. I turned around to see a boy with black hair and blue eyes. I started to feel scared. "Oh looky here... Louis' sister." He said evily. Soon two more boys were next to him. "What do you want?" I asked scared. "We're here to make sure you don't get between Liam and Tiffany." He said cracking his knuckles. "Okay ill stay away." I said nervously. He chuckled and pushed me up against the lockers. I whimpered and his smile grew. I felt one of the boys punch me in the stomach and all the air got knocked out of me. "That's a warning the boy with blue eyes said before walking away.
After I caught my breath I got up and walked to my math class. I saw Liam sitting alone but wasn't gunna make that mistake again. "Abbie come here!" Liam said to me. I sighed and walked over to him. "What?" I asked annoyed. "Sit with me." He smiled. "Why?" I asked him. "It's the open seat." He said patting the chair. I sighed and sat down next to him. "Why are you mean to me now?" I asked him. "Cause my friends.." He said trailing off. "You could have better friends." I said trying to work. "Like who?" He asked me. "Your band." I said in an "duh" tone. He looked slightly hurt by this as I turned back to my work. "I'm so sorry they hurt you. Tiffany sent them and no one would let me help you." He whispered into my ear. I tried to ignore him and continue my work.
For the rest of the day I was pushed around and punched by the same boy. Finally it was time for biology the class me and Chanel have together. I looked around the room and saw Chanel sitting alone. "This seat is for me right?" I asked her as I walked up to her. "Of course it is." She smiled. Her smile faded when she saw the bruise on my arm and cheek. "What happened?" She asked looking at the bruises. "Some of Liam's friends are hitting me and making fun of me." I said looking down. "If it makes you feel better the same is happening to me but by girls." She said looking down as well. I feel tears building and hugged my best friend. "Abbie what are you doing?" She asks somewhat shocked. "I don't want people hurting you." I said starting to cry a little. She hugged me back and put her head on my shoulder. The rest of science went smoothly and I actually had some fun.
The bell rang signaling school was over. When me and Chanel walked out of biology all five boys were standing there. "Hey." I said hugging my brother. "What's that?" He said pointing to my bruises. I looked at Liam and he looked uncomfortable. Louis looked to Liam, "Do you know what that's about?" He asked Liam. "Yeah. Tiffany wants Abbie away from me so she sent some of our friends to beat her up throughout the day." He said looking down. Louis looked angry and so did Niall. "How could you let them?" Niall asked. "I was trying to stop them but no one would let me get to them." Liam said. "I'm sorry." He said looking up at me. "Can I hang out with Liam today?" I asked shocking everyone.
