Chanel's pov
'Hey little Sis!' exclaimed my older brother Zayn. I winced a little and pulled the phone away from my ear slightly. 'hey Zanie!' I said a little less loud. 'too loud I'm guessing?' 'just alittle..' he chuckled. 'sorry, I'm just really excited to finally see my little sister again after...seven years?' 'six and a half, but anyway, it's not my fault cousin Angie didn't take me with you! She didn't accept me cause I'm...not-'
'you ARE part of family Nelly...' he said catching on to my drift. 'but I'm not!' I exclaimed as my only friend Abbie comes out the womens bathroom. 'HEY ZAYN! SORRY SHE'S GOTTA GO! THE PLANE IS BOARDING NOW!' she yelled over my shoulder. I heard him chuckle as me and her started towards the gate to our flight.
'I'll be there to pick you up, call when you're here alright?' he said sounding worried. 'I'll be fine bro, I'll call you then....okay....alright...love you too,' I droaned out. I hated doing that crap on the phone. 'BYE ZAYN!' I said laughing and hanging up. 'can't wait to spend major time with my older brother!!!! You finally get to meet him!' Abbie said excitedly.
She kept saying that she had an older brother who's in a famous boyband. I mean, so is mine but I never knew the name, or his band members....but he said once I get settled in, he'll introduce me to them.
all that kept going through my mind was how much hell aunt Angie was going to put me through. I mean it was zayn's idea to take me in, knowing how heartbroken I was over our parents, he never really cared though. He knew how I was treated sideways, and how I was treated and told I was unwanted.
'one way ticket, two best friends, one BADASS trip to London! Woohoo!' Abbie whispered/yelled. I gave her a tight smile. 'awe, what is it babe?' I shrugged. 'do you think he told everyone? About me being....ya know....adopted?' 'pffft! This is Zayn we're talkin about!' she laughed. I sighed with content. 'don't worry Chanel, it'll be alright.' 'did Louis not tell you about his band either?'
of corse I knew his name, she told me about him every chance she got. I just don't know what he looks like, or anything else for that matter. I know how he sounds cause they talk on the phone from time to time. The same thing between her and zayn. Except they became friends, actually talked to each other, that's why she knows him better than I know the mysterious Louis Tomlinson. I only heard him...never talked to...so he doesn't know ANYTHING about me.
