haha no it's an acutal book series. it's really good. they have a TV show based on the series too. But hey, if you thought your idea was original, then that means you've got the mind of a professional author ;)

sounds suspiciously like the Lying Game book series, where the main character wakes up dead and shes trying to find out how she died while her twin sister takes her place in real life, also trying to find out how to main character died.

whatever the first chpater is still good :)
